Segway Ninebot F40 Electric Kick Scooter for Adult, Teen, 18.6 mph, 1 Each, 350 Watts Gray

Please do not buy this product from this vendor at all. I bought it and after a couple month use, the screws between the scooter body and handle gets loose on every ride, so i requested a return for the item on Jan 31 which is within the return window. I printed the label and put the scooter back into a box for the scheduled pickup on Feb 1, but no one showed up to pick it up. As I need to travel the following day, I immediately contacted Walmart on Feb 2 and an associated told me that they are sorry about the pick up situation and they will issue a refund to me within a week and I can go ahead with my travel without worrying about the return. But a month later, I still did not receive the refund. On March 3, I contacted Walmart again and an associated said he does not have authority to issue refund but escalate this to the billing department which will contact me within 2 days for a resolution. To this day March 9, I did not hear from anyone, so I contacted Walmart again. Two associates joined the call, and one of them told me that they will contact the seller for me on this issue and I will hear from them within 48 hours, which is utterly frustrating as it is almost the same response I got a week ago which did not solve anything. I subsequently called Walmart, which is the forth time I contact them, and the associate is willing to help on this issue but told me that they cannot help with this refund after checking with the supervisor. The reason they give is that this is a market order, and the refund window has been closed. THE THING is, I made the return request on Jan 31, 2024, and it is within the return and refund window, however, no one picked up the return item! I was told that Walmart will not be able to help with this issue and that is utterly OUTRAGEOUS. As a customer, I followed the return policy and requested and prepared the return, and was told I will get a refund. But now, not only did I not get the refund, Walmart is saying they are not able to help with the item I bought from Walmart website. As a customer, I do not care if the order is fulfilled by Walmart or anyone else. I made the purchases and followed policies, but how come I am to bare the cost of a mistake of others!!!!
