MaxStrata has excellent customer service.
Love the scooters. So much fun! Sturdy, fast. We did have a faulty battery on one of the two scooters, and Segway customer service was very unhelpful. MaxStrata was a wonderful vendor to work with! Ted helped us get a new battery without returning the entire scooter, as Segway wanted. Excellent customer service! Thank you!

The battery/charger doesn't work. The scooter was ridden only occasionally over a 4 month period. My daughter moved into the city and planned to use it to go to work close by and it will not charge. Not even 6 months old. Walmart will not accept a return and it is over $700. I only purchased through Walmart because they've always been good about returns if there is a problem. Apparently not now.
