Great product %26 super easy to use!

We purchased this item online as a replacement to a hoover board we purchased last Christmas. Wow what a difference. This product is so great! We have a family of 4 and we can all ride this with no problems. I was very hesitant to even get on this item, but the app made it so easy. I received great training and once I got used to it was riding up and down our street. Battery life is good too. We can go as fast or slow as we want and it is self balancing too. This is a fun, quality item.

We just purchased a white Segway Ninebot online at Walmart and couldn't be happier. It is so fun. Set up was easy and after the tutorial on the app we were all riding in no time. My kids were great at this right away, but my wife and I could ride it too. It is fun and safe as well. I'd highly recommend this item.

There is a major flaw in the system. The app refuses to load on any of the smart phones I have, even though supposedly compatible. Without the app, the scooter tilts back hard anytime I go faster than the speed of a slow walk. The tilt back is sudden and hard, and will throw you off the scooter. Also, when it tilts back, the steering bar goes behind your legs, and you lose your steering and stability. The handlebar doesn't help much, because during the tilt, it pushes back into you, throwing off your balance. I've had it for over a month and have only taken it out four times because it is so frustrating. If the tilt was not there, the ride would be enjoyable, but you need the app for it, and since it won't load, the machine is $400 plus dollars sitting idly in the garage.
