The delivery was fast and seamless. everything works properly and assembly was easy. i was concerned it might not be as fast as i wanted but it has so much power and torque that honestly i barely notice. the only complaint is maybe the breaks, but thats easy to manage if i just slow down more before stopping. the grocery hook is also very useful. this scooter is everything i need for the price.

the best scooter ever of my life. when i rode this, it felt like a full-size sports bike in a scooter . also, the design and quality are top tier. I rode in sport plus mode, and it felt like i was going 100 miles per hour. and the display and handlebar looked out of the future. i was really impressed with this electric scooter, and i definitely recommend for the price.

Definitely the best quality, tech features and performance for the price. I'm very happy with my ZT3 Pro and definitely recommend it.

the battery pack gets extremely hot when charging your better off charging it in increments otherwise it might start a fire

Scooter works great. It rides fast, 40km/h. However, right after the 30-day warranty expired, the rear tire went flat. I've filled it up but it deflates right after. Currently seeking aftermarket repair. Overall, still pleased with the scooter. It is fun!

this is a great scooter, overall the price and performance and features are great. the fork geometry is the only real concern as its design leads to higher instability on loose surfaces at low speeds. this is the only issue really with this. oh and the park brake every time you stop. there should be a way to disable that feature along with a quick button press to enable boost mode. those would make it ideal. otherwise its still a great scooter for the money if you like all the features or the segway ecosystem.

It's built like a tank, from a manufacturer I can trust, but I was hoping the full suspension would offer a smooth ride, but I feel every little crack in the street. I guess it's tuned for off-road, and not street comfort.

i tried to cancel this order but the app wouldn't let me. Now its been a nightmare and the scooter still sits in the box at my house after a week. 10 hours of phone calls and 2 trips to walmart and still on return level. its been escalated twice and promised a label within 24 hours only to get nothing put a promise that it will be handled this time. trying to contact segway but no help either... worst customer service i have ever delt with
