Seinfeld is a classic, and it has absolutely never looked better than it does here. If, like me, you've watched Seinfeld on streaming platforms for years, then do yourself a favor and upgrade to these. The 4K remaster is fantastic, and it is presented in its OAR (original aspect ratio) on these discs, rather than being cropped as it is on all of the streaming platforms.
This is me and my family's favorite sitcom. We've had the DVDs for years but decided to upgrade to 4k. We were not disappointed. As expected, picture quality is a big improvement over the DVDs and better quality than what you get on streaming. Only thing that could be improved is box for this box set is a little flimsy.
If you or someone you know is a Seinfeld fan, this set does not disappoint! Having the entire thing on true 4K UHD is stellar, from the audio, to the picture quality. It's as close to being in the audience during filming. This is the be-all end-all of Seinfeld complete series box sets, uness there was an actual film-reel version. It's also packed with a ton of bonus footage, extra features, and a boat load of bloopers! What a gem!
Great overall. I would make sure to check all disks to verify they all work. I had one bad disk, which, after an exchange, the new one had them all working. From my online research, this appears to be an issue with the manufacturing process of the disk. Walmart did a great job in the exchange process. On to the actual quality, it is a huge improvement over the DVDs I have. The extras are fun to have as well and give a bit more to the series.
This is the full frame 4k release of my favorite comedy show ever. All the extras from the original dvds are here and each season gets its own case. The dvd set I bought in 2015 looks great, too, but the discs slid in and out, which I never liked. They never failed but I can clearly see some scratching from all the use. So it was time to upgrade. The blu ray came out, too, but they cropped the top and bottom and so we get less of the whole picture. This is pricey, so this is for the true Seinfeld fans. If you are one, then this is a no brained. Highest recommendation!
If you're a fan of the show, this made-on-demand limited edition set in 4K is a must have. The show will likely never look or sound better than this. Plus it's in the original aspect ratio. Get it if there's a good sale.
Every Seinfeld Episode at their highest quality in one complete set. The 4k box set episodes are in the full frame 1.33:1 ratio that the episodes originally aired as.
Seinfeld on 4k. This set looks amazing on 4k! And the product was delivered on time in perfect condition.
Seinfeld in its original 4:3 aspect ratio and 4K HDR looks fantastic. Well worth it for the true fans. I've watched this show on repeat for years but with HDR it brings new life to the experience. Looks way better than the TV broadcast syndication.
