Smaller offering of the Seismic line up is still a decent speaker, especially for a minimal investment. After experimentation with both full range operation and part of a larger system, I feel for the price is still a worthy contender if *you don't want junk that is normally offered at this price point. *you need a very compact stand alone solution for a small dance studio or small get togethers in an imtimate area without the need for multiple boxes and a just a single simple amplifier. *you want an inexpensive top to a full range system that will be a nice match for a single smaller sub, like the Baby Tremor that even includes an active plate amplifier that allows the use of the SA-8 without the need for any additional amplifiers. They still sound good even without equalization and careful set up of the included plate amplifier on the Baby Tremor Sub (See other review by me). *you want to spend minimal $$ now but still want to keep this small speaker even after your rig grows in size and complexity. *you want something extremly light weight and easy to move around(only 17lbs).

It's always nice to be pleased with a purchase on line because we must trust the seller. That's a tall order these days. I'm blown away about these cans. The entire experience was awesome.

Very impressed how they blended so well into my home audio setup I use in my garage for parties. On a speaker this versatile I would like to see standard banana plug connections installed at the factory.
