The instructions were very straight forward, however, we were missing several parts. We reached out to customer service, they immediately responded and were able to send the missing parts. Highly satisfied with the help we received. The product is very nice. Perfect color. Seems durable. Exciting to use for the summer.

I like the feel, got a nice feel about it, assembling as been the only issue or maybe I'm just lazy 😁. I think there should be video showing how to assemble.

Once put together it is great. Love the canopy and the cushions are actually quite comfy!

its a nice peice and was easy to put together. only problem i have with it was it didnt take but a couple of months and color faded from a dark blue to a sun faded light blue

Its a decent value for the money but one huge thing to know is that this thing is a huge pain to assemble. Ive put together lots of big items but ive never seem something with soooo many screws. Holes dont line up well at all, be prepared to force everything into alignment. Other parts like the canopy do not fit together good at all, they are loose and not sturdy at all. Some screws couldnt even be used because the hole they were suppose to go in were blocked by welds on the metal. I hates every moment of putting this together and it was 4 hours with my wife and I. ID like to find the engineer who designed it and choke that @*%23?%. Would I buy again. No. Shipping was fast and it came in great condition barely any box damage.

Great outdoor seating for the price. Took two of us to set up. Not as durable/sturdy as I'd hoped but also not terrible. The cushions don't stay on with any kind of attachment but so far it's only a little annoying. Ended up putting some little grip circles on the bottom of the feet so the ottoman pieces wouldn't slip away from you when you put your feet up.

...and good luck if it is. All I need is part "M" instead of 2 of part "Q" (the 2 ends of the main bench part that the canopy also attaches to). I purchased this lovely patio set from Seizeen as a "verified seller" from walmart.com, they can't help me. I have to wait 48 hours for Seizeen to respond to their ticket. The instructions say to not contact the retailer if there are parts missing, but don't indicate who the manufacturer is to contact THEM directly instead. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK - NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS THROUGH WALMART AND THE SELLER IS IMPOSSIBLE TO REACH IN REAL-TIME!

The holes are not aligned and it almost impossible to put it together. The table hardware was bent an it does not close, so it cannot be used as a table. The headboard is not working as intended.

only receive 2 boxes instead of 3. will update when i get the 3rd box
