Although it was a little difficult to get it all assembled it's great value holds up very well and my granddaughter said best birthday gift ever

love it only thing i thought it came with the basketball hoop and it did not. the pictures show it with the basketball hoop i wish i knew it didn't because i would have bought a different one

Package arrived a day late, (no bid deal), arrived HEAVY! Be forewarned it arrives to your door as a 110lb box. Have help moving it to its final location. It wasn't missing a single part, in fact there was an extra of every nut, washer, and bolt. Be sure to read and fully understand directions. Little things like the what direction the pieces sit can hinder your ability to build. Once you get to the next step or two you might find out where there should be holes for screws there are none. So you are forced to take apart what you've done to move things just 180 degrees so the next couple steps are possible. Other than that, it went together great, good materials. Besides the basketball hoop I will say. The bracket for the backboard is, I won't say fragile but maluable so don't over tighten or you will make your hoop have about a 30 degree angle upwards. Haha. Netting poles and netting are nice and taught, the pad goes on and fits perfectly. Again make sure you go by the directions to the letter or you will find yourself building it for 6 hours over the course of 3 days. All in all, it is a great product, made with quality products. Our son loves it, 10 feet is a great size for 1-2 kids, more than that and I would recommend at least a 12 if not 14. N series

Overall, it's not a bad trampoline. It took us about three hours to put together. The instructions are not the best. The worst part was connecting the side net to the mat There's one long rope that you have to weave in and out of the bottom to the side of the net. And some parts could have been designed better!

the description is deceiving saying "suitable for 4 to 6 children". on the box and the mat it says only one child at a time. the box came really beat up and taped a bunch of times. so I was worried about missing parts. but when we set it up 6 months after buying it everything seemed to be there. the only problem we had was the ties for the mat wanted to rip when we tied them to the frame and the directions werent very clear. overall I probably would skip this trampoline and buy something a little bit better.

When assembling the trampoline, the foam pole covering had been ripped to pieces and the straps fell off the spring cover. I contacted Walmart and they refused to refund for the item. It was a Christmas present for my kids so we had to put it together and make it work.

I ordered the SEIZEN 14ft trampoline and it was delivered by FedEx. The outer box looked a bit worn out but not very bad. However, when I opened it, the inside was a mess. All the parts were just tossed in loosely with no real packaging to protect them. Springs, metal frames, and connectors were scattered everywhere. Many of the metal frame parts were scratched, dented, and looked worn out almost like someone had assembled it before and returned it. Several essential parts were missing altogether. This is unacceptable for something advertised as new. On top of that, because of the size, it's not something I can just toss in my car and take back to the store because they won't accept returns at store. Now I'm stuck dealing with a complicated return process for an item that should have been properly packed and checked in the first place. I do NOT recommend this product unless you want a huge headache. Terrible quality control and packaging. Save yourself the trouble and buy from a more reliable brand/seller.

Very disappointed in this trampoline! This was supposed to be a gift for our daughter and son-in-law to have for their children's enjoyment. Instead it has been a nightmare. We have spent all day trying to assemble it, but have encountered broken straps. Holes and runs in the netting, and other defects (see pictures). We are now breaking it down and re-boxing for return.

This was an absolute disaster. The net is the wrong size. The welds broke when I was putting screws in the backboard. All the screws and nuts did not fit each other so I had to buy my own.

Didn't come with all the parts and had wrong parts with it. I emailed company and Walmart responded and said they would commit with seller but haven't heard anything from anyone. We ended up buying the parts we needed ourselves because it was for my granddaughters birthday. Asked for right parts or a refund.
