This trampoline is much smaller than anticipated. it also did not come with the soccer net, which was the part my 7 year old was most excited for. We got 2 basketball hoops and no basketball.
I returned this trampoline with Walmarts shipping tag. FedEx picked up on May 1st. It is August 1st and they REFUSE to refund my credit card; even though I have called 6 times. WalMart has agreed that I have done EVERYTHING right per their instructions and I am due the $539.35. However, they also say that someone will contact me within 48 hrs via phone or email and no one ever has. I was suppose to get my refund within 10 days...and here we are 3 MONTHS later and NO REFUND!
Terrible product waste of money. Had it for a month and it's just falling apart springs flimsy. Very disappointing
This item did not hold up well.
Don't waste your time!!! Although the trampoline ‘might' be good or not, the guy we hired to put it together, found that parts were missing…. We counted each piece!!! I should've known, this has been the biggest complaint by other customers as well
