I originally bought the futon for a small one bedroom apartment. I wanted to have space for someone to sleep over if they came to my little apartment. Well just an update. I lay on the thing every day. I just come in and watch television at the end of my night. I fall asleep on it pretty often. Its pretty comfortable.

Everything worked as advertised, I'm 360 pounds and it held me, but you can feel the split of the chair, and I had a 140lb person try it and 180lb person try it and they said the same thing. I bought an eggcrate and cut it to fit, made it tolerable, we love it! and it really does seat 2 small people with the back up

i dislike leaving this downstairs at the mailbox and not at the front door it was very hard to get it on elevator the 4floor and lifting pls very upset with the delivery service!! it's a shame

It is the perfect size and looks great. Everyone loves the option of turning it into a lounger. Sitting on it for long periods of time makes me wish the cushions were a bit softer, but otherwise we love it, and everyone who has seen it once it is the perfect size and looks great. while this looks fantastic and size is great. there is no softness included! even for seating, it's too hard and uncomfortable! like sleeping on the floor! very dissatisfied and would have returned it had the return time not expired when we were ready to use it

The product is adequate. I purchased another product from JONPONY online from Walmart and I am trying to return it; they are really making me jump through hoops. I want to return"this" product but I am still waiting on my other return. Walmart has always been exceptional at their returns, but in this case it has me more cautious of the 3rd party sellers at Walmart.

There was no option to return this item. This item was advertised and sold by Walmart. I requested to return the item as instructed by the store agent at Customer Service, Ms Tasha, in Griffin, Georgia. I never received a label to return the item. THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. I cannot use this item and I want to return it. It is in its original box, unopened. How do I return this item? This is my third request.

This product is very deceptive!! While it looks comfortable and has a lovely appearance, I found it extremely hard to sleep on, with NO “give” at all! I tried every way I could to like this chair sleeper, but could not find any sleeping position that would sustain me through the night! Even the video you send out is deceiving, for it appears to be a comfortable , enjoyable experience, one that is not the case for this particular chair/sleeper!

I love the design. It started falling apart and breaking down within the first week. It's not comfortable to sit on... let alone sleep on. The stuffing smashed down, and the boards are sharp on the rear end. I set put it in the trash pickup on day 10. Absolute junk for anyone over 50 pounds (I weigh over 150). Absolutely NOT worth the money!!!!

This product is very hard to sit or sleep. It's like a brick. No cushion. I had to take couch pillows, regular pillows , a plush blanket on this couch/bed to sleep. I weigh 339 and this is not ideal . My hip, and back hurts. It's not considered firm.. it's worse. Save your money. The box was thrown away.. worse mistake. I want to send back .
