First Chicago deep dish at home and it was stellar! The pan is perfect deepness and heats evenly. There was no warp or twist during baking and the nonstick worked wonders on my prebought crust. It scratched easily so silicone utensils only is my only gripe. Money well spent, the size and shape is good for multiple applications, thought of a pile of peel and eat shrimp immediately.
