Select by Calphalon Hard-Anodized Nonstick 8" Frying Pan

I bought this Calphalon pan to replace one that I used for many years. It is great for cooking every day small things like eggs. Nonstick and easy to wash. I would recommend not putting it in the dishwasher because I think that's what eventually ruined the other one. I love this pan.

Calphalon is a trusted brand in our house and has been for the last 10 years— which is the age of this pan. We use our pans just about everyday, and they hold up to ware and tear very well. It's easy to store and easy to clean (hand wash only). We love the nonstick nature of the pan, which makes cooking a breeze. We can get a good sear on meats! After 10 years, it's starting to show its age. It does look like it will need to be replaced very soon, but to find this kind of longevity with a pan is amazing.

These pans are great, we use them daily. They are great for bacon and potatoes. Skillet heats up the whole cooking surface.

I have 4 pieces currently. The non-stick surface is virtually bullet-proof. I love their stackable design set. For years we have had to put a protecting sheet of cloth-paper between the skillets to save them from scoring the inner surface when stacking pans but no longer is that required. I will be purchasing a complete complement soon and sending my Cuisinart ceramic set to Goodwill!

Calphalon's 10” & 12” pans have been my best cooking buddies for many years; durable, trustworthy, my ‘go-to' cookware that never loses its sharp appeal. Now that I am cooking-for-myself, only, the 8” pan is the logical and perfect downsize without sacrificing quality or dependability or sharp looks…thank you Calphalon.

I actually love these pans, and only repurchased them because I accidentally left my old one on the electric stove all day on medium heat. If you can believe it, the pan only discolored a little and didn't warp it at all. But I tossed it just to be safe and bought the same one again. Very durable Cooks and heats pretty evenly

Nice pan it's not as non stick as I would like it to be. My eggs were sticking to My old pan so I replaced it with this one. The eggs still seem to stick to the new pan while I'm cooking. The height (side) of the pan is short 1 1/2 “. I Would like the height to be like my old pan @ 2 1/4”. The pan washes well. I hand wash only.

I have several calphalon pans and love them. So I was surprised and disappointed when I used this one the first time. The handle is too heavy and causes the pan to tilt until I add enough weight to keep it level. I have to prop the handle with something to keep the cooking oil from running to the edge of the pan while it's heating.

I had always liked Calphalon as a product but have been disappointed by how quickly the nonstick layer wears off on pan. I do not overly use my pan. Never use a utensil that could scratch the surface, hand wash the pan in soap and water with a sponge, but it doesn't seem to matter. Nonstick disappears quickly. Rather annoying.

simply put, the handle weight is more than the pan itself, so the pan keeps falling over which is so annoying
