Select by Calphalon Nonstick Bakeware Round Cake Pan

I'm so happy with this pan! I have a history of ruined cakes due to cake sticking and uneven heating. I'm happy to report that this pan actually lived up to it's promise to be non-stick, and I did not have any issues with warping due to heat (this is usually more of an issue with aluminum baking pans for me, but I worry about it). The pan itself is really great quality, but lightweight feeling. It feels like it's going to stand up to my weekend baking forever, but I really like that it comes with a 10 year warranty! I want to buy a few more of these in different sizes now that I am confident that Calphalon does what is promised, and sells such a good product. I love baking but layer cake was always my biggest nightmare until I tried Caphalon Select Round Cake Pan . Aluminized steel construction provides even heating and nonstick finish makes release super easy . I've used it for cheesecakes and also a regular white cake - turned out beautifully without sticking. This particular cake pan is a dishwasher safe which is a big plus, but even if you just soak it in warm water for just few minutes - it comes out perfectly clean. I am very happy with this product just as with any other Caphalon cookware and bake ware product that have in my kitchen - always high quality and here to stay for a long time. I haven't had a round cake pan and after getting the opportunity to review this pan I have to say it bakes amazingly. My cake came out cooked evenly and perfect. the cleanup was simple and easy. I am pleased with this brand and having cooked with other pans before this brand is top on my list.

I don't bake a ton, and one of the reasons is because I hate cleaning up. This pan has an amazing nonstick surface, making cleanup super-easy. We don't have a dishwasher (though it is dishwasher safe) so this is so important to me. The pan itself is amazingly sturdy and feels like it will last for years. It's made from Aluminized steel and therefore the heat is evenly distributed. My cakes came out totally baked through - I'm not a pro, and I need pans that make life easy and this one dos the trick by distributing the heat well. It comes with a 10 year warranty too, and has rolled edges to prevent warping. It's a solid, sturdy, high quality pan that I can see getting years of use.

They have created it to have rounded edges to avoid warping. It is made out of Aluminized Steel, which is great for even heating throughout your entire cake. It is deep which offers a great size for a round cake layer or cake itself. It is dishwasher safe, which means easy cleaning. It is a non-stick pan which means if you don't have a dishwasher the job is easy. The cake mix will also slip out of the pan easily because of the surface of the cake pan. I enjoyed using this pan and am excited to continue making cakes from it.

This simple round cake pan is awesome. I really like the non stick finish because its great to cook with (the cakes come right out) and it cleans really easily too. Even dried, baked on food washes right off. While I got this product for free I assure you all opinions are mine and I would gladly buy it again.
