I was not expecting such a great taste in a whole grain cereal. Its not too sweet and is very filling. It makes a great snack in the afternoon as well as a nourishing heart healthy breakfast. I love this cereal, it is loaded with nuts and fruit. It contains dates. I usually would not choose dates but it is such a good balance of fruits and the added crunch of the nuts make it a perfect breakfast and I add it to my afternoon yogurt for a little crunch there. I loved the Post Great Grains! It's so good, I ate it as dessert instead of for breakfast. It's very satisfying, sweet, crunchy and healthy, with plenty of fiber. I love it, and so does my husband.
