I take this to help with my thyroid. It keeps my selenium levels in range. My body does not absorb all seleniums but, it does this one. It is a little bitter so mix it with a drink or take it straight up under the tongue and hold for 30 seconds then have a chaser drink to take away the bitterness left behind.

260 mcg is the nutritional dose, 30 mg is the RCT dose in Australia. Might 1.04 mg per day help a very early stage of FTLD? That with be 8 droppers or 4X the normal dose for this product. Not much Sodium Selenate out there... Just a thought.

First thing about this product to me is average ingredient is average quality is average size is the normal size they sell. I love having it in my diet, but it can you get it from any other source to me it's not very practical to have each one by itself is age. I guess you can use it.

Don't know if this did anything at all. I was experimenting with supplements and vitamins at the time for my health issues, so this wasn't a miracle worker by any means. It didn't stand out to me. Quality and size wise and ingredient wise it's good.
