Hygiene helper
For a senior suffering from arthritis this device is extremely helpful in facilitating a clean wipe %26 good hygiene. The con is the plastic is easy to break so wrap with some duct tape to strengthen.

more hassle than assist
The instructions are not very clear and if you follow the instructions as directed you end up with BM all over your wand. I have tried different toilet papers, paper towels and baby wipes.... nothing works. And trying to get whatever paper product off with the release mechanism is a joke, you end up having to pull it off with your hand

have not mastered this product.
does not work as promised. I have followed the directions and haven't resolved the issue. Maybe the type of tissue paper used is the problem.

When I hit the release button, the toilet paper will not come off so then I have to touch it with my hands to get it off
