So far so good! I have two cats and my youngest toke right to it. Just as soon as I set it up she went right in and did her business. She's 9months old. My oldest cat is 2 , and very timid. Day 1 she is curious but still cautious. It doesn't make a lot of noise so this is a plus for her. This automatic litter box works just like charm! I'm happy I bought it ! No complaints yet and I didn't have to scoop after that stink bomb ! Also during the clean cycle my cat went up to it and it stoped immediately.

This litter box is a game changer. You can literally set everything up in your app to be automatic, and then not have to worry about anything until it's time to add litter or change the bag. Supreme odor control I couldn't be happier with it.

I gave jt 4 stars because I couldn't figure out how to change the filter size for what kind of litter I'm using. It had a sticker on it and said remove tape but it wasn't tape it was a sticker that didn't want to come off. I watched video and still couldn't figure out how to change the filter part.

It's not bad but I might have had high expectation and wish I had done more research before purchasing. I like the size my babies seem to like and enjoy looking at their mess disappearing in front of them. I had it set up for approximately one week…so far its working and hopefully it will continue. I am enjoying not to have to scoop. I have two cats so the bag requires changing often.

product is awesome and easy to manage. but it is only good for small cats or kittens. Big old cat doesn't fit or dislike.

This is the first robot cat litter box I have ever bought because I was afraid my cats would not use it but I was surprised! It works really well, the only downfall is the cat litter bag is on the side instead of the bottom like most of them. In the future, I would buy one that drops to a bag at the bottom that would slide out easily but as this one being my 1st one. I am happy with the purchase.

DO NOT BUY. Poo. Literal poo everywhere. This is more work than a regular litter box. It stinks. The poo smears all over the inside of the barrel making it impossible to remove the smell and horrific to try to clean. This causes flies to swarm and infest the litter box and house. The trash bin doesn't collect everything. The poop and urine gets stuck to the bottom of the pan. It is an absolutely NIGHTMARE to clean, and even after a thorough cleaning, it still stinks. When you go to empty the litter, it spills all over the floor. Cat tracks SO MUCH litter out because she just jumps out of it due to its height. The barrel is super small. I am throwing this $250 piece of junk away. Largest waste of money- DO NOT BUY.

NOT used friendly at all!!!! worked for yhe first 5 minutes then it would not turn probably, leaving the litter uneven and half up its side. I will be returning and I just got it today.

Would give zero stars if I could.The shipment got delayed due to shipment restrictions.Contacted seller multiple times to see what the issue was, if they could fix the issue, anything but did not get a response. Even called them. I did get to talk to an agent and they couldn't figure out the issue. I did get a refund in a decent time after calling them but if I hadn't been persistent, it might've been longer. Can't say if the product works bc I never received it.
