Waited 2 months to review. Was sceptical especially reading some of the low star reviews. missing parts? probably were in the lid opening. The settings are extremely easy and gives great information to you on the app such as cat's weight. Glad we purchased it.
real easy to set up, but they don't tell you just how much litter you should start to put in and if you put to much litter in,it will fill the bag fast. Once you get the idea of how much, then it works great. Real quiet to run, says what it does. My cat's were afraid at first but then they took to it and now they don't mind at all. The machine waits 4 minutes after a cat leaves before it cycles to make sure they have left.
I'm really liking it. Many reviewers said that it was hard to clean. I didn't find it that difficult. I just used a hose and a little bit of soap, but the only thing that is a little bit difficult to gauge for me is the calibration I can't get it to quite calibrate correctly, but my cat doesn't seem to mind. that it sits a little at a slant. even my Kitty is loving it more than his other Kitty Box.
Now sure which model I bought but I love the concept %26 unfortunately my cat doesn't %26 won't use it. ☹️

Was a little hard getting it going but that could have been user error but works great my cats seem to love it. It's a little small I have bigger cats but that doesn't seem to stop them!
i told that fedex driver delivered it to wring place and they called me lier said i had it even though the picture they took was not my house so they stole almost $300 of me do nit but from them bec they will never refund you if you dont get your packages they do not care
It doesn't work reliably. It is hung up right now and won't turn to dump.
