I love that this is a 3rd generation company. The product is minimally processed, has the natural minerals naturally occurring in this delicious sea salt from France. I definitely prefer it over Redmond's because their salt has this grit in it that ruins it for me. It's just my preference. For me, a little goes a long way. Healthy and delicious.
