this is an amazing item. I thought it was going to be a waste of my money but I had to use it to do some light but heavy grocery shopping. he frame of the saddle bags alone I thought were gonna be cheaply made but help up during the whole trip, they didn't rattle in transit and all of the quick releases stayed in place. Overall, an amazing product.

There were no instructions, but with the use of the online pictures, it was fairly easy to assemble. The rack itself seems to be great. With all of the supports, the rack is very sturdy. I purchased and installed four of these and I'm very happy with the quality, especially for the price.

This is well worth the money. Fast delivery and it has caused a few of my friends to purchase one. I highly recommend this bicycle rack to anyone seeking to have a structurally sound rack for their bicycle

Pretty good quality. With quick-release attaching points, I wouldn't recommend loading too much weight on it. I think they could slip. That said, the rack construction looked pretty good. It should be good for occasional and/or light use. Not too heavy. Very good price. Fairly easy to mount onto and dismount from the bike. No assembly instructions included!

This rack arrived in a bag filled with nuts, bolts and washers...but no instructions. Strictly "fly by wire" assembly. I am mechanically inclined and felt fortunate to get it put together and properly installed with only one bolt two nuts and a washer left over. Still can't figure out where the "spare parts" are supposed to go as everything is secure. And be prepared to super glue the reflector in place as it doesn't fit properly. Overall, I got what I paid for... Made in Hong Kong. But the rack does function as described.

There were so instructions included. It was only wrapped in plastic and tape. 2 of the welds were to big which made putting this rack together difficult. I would never buy this brand again

it looked like i have the same bike in photo its displayed on, but for this product you neee a very very thick bar bike because it cant even tighten fully on mine, plus theres no instructions at all how to put this thing together, its was super hard to put together as someone who is totally new to things like this i had to watch a fast motion small video and keep replaying it just to see how its done, also it feels like hard plastic not heavy weight like the title says.. it dont feel real i had to take it off the bike becaue it wobbled everywhere, plus i need to try to learn how to ride my bike better because i was crashing out trying to ride my bike.. Hopefully i can update this review when i put it to the test on weight to see if its truely sturdy or is it really just hard plastic

I tightened all the bolts during assembly and double checked for tightness. While riding, 3 bolts fell out on the first biking trip. I used zip ties in replacement.

The rack came in a broken plastic wrap with no instructions and parts missing. And they charged me for returning. Remember the company's name Semfri. Don't buy from them
