I purchased this for my 86 yr old mom. She struggles with the smart tv remotes that have so many buttons. Im going to order another one for her to use on the tv in her bedroom as well.

This remote was very easy to set up and use. It's perfect for seniors and the adults with arthritis.

This is wonderful for my parents! I didn't even know these existed. My father has dexterity issues with his fingers and would accidentally hit wrong buttons on other remote. These big buttons are easy to see and navigate. It was simple to set up, just point at tv and hit "set" button then press again when tv starts to turn off. After that they just hit big red "Power" button to turn ON and use big buttons for channels up and down and then big buttons for volume up and down. Hit "Power" button when done watching TV. I will recommend to others and tell people about it.

Remote lost programming and won't retain settings. Have to reprogram often. However it was more senior friendly than most remotes. Buttons easy to see. It's difficult setup to use the learn button for each separate device which takes forever and an average senior could not program for themselves.

Cannot understand directions and it does not work

Brought this remote for my elderly mom. Once I was able to set the remote to my tv, I noticed the buttons do not work. You can't turn the tv off or on with the red on button, the ^vol changes the channel to up only, the down button changes the volume to up only, the ^channel does 1111 and the down channel does not work at all.

Did not work.
