Very lightweight and easy to use, also a lot easier on your back than traditional shoveling. The instructions for putting it together are straightforward and the battery takes about 2 hours for a full charge. So far it has lasted 3 separate shoveling occasions consisting of my driveway and sidewalk and it hasn't run out of charge yet. There was a shipping issue but I reached out to the company and it was rectified.

Taking care of cord during backing up could be a hassle but overall performance wise it works GREAT. It's money well spend. I have long and wide driveway. If I didn't get this blower, I would have ended up shoveling for over 5hours. I am super satisfied with my purchase.

love the features and unit does a good job. only had one chance to use it so far so good. Only thing I didn't like was, when I purchased it online, it didn't state that 2 60v battery wouldn't be shipped with it. they would come once I received it. and due to weather delays. had to do the snow bye hand.

The shipment was a bit late, and wasn't informed that batteries ship separately. All finally arrived, and the machine is very good. Light, compact yet powerful. I cleared my whole property (driveway, turnaround and sidewalk) and only used 1/3 of the total battery charge. I am very pleased so far.

Ordered, received, and first use the scraper bar broke off. There were also 2 other handle pieces that were broke off. Thought it worked fantastic and do not really want to take it back. Tried contacting Senix Customer Service about the Warranty and replacement parts, however, they have not responded yet. So trying to decide send it back or try Senix Customer Service by phone.

I received it today. There was no damage to the box, but it was taped back close. After I assembled it, I found two empty boxes inside and no batteries. When you spend this kind of money, you expect more. I will come back and update when I receive the batteries.

Very disappointed. I needed this snow blower and paid a lot of money for it. When I got it there was no batteries in box. I sent message to Walmart and shipper responded batteries will ship later. Fedex is a joke I've been waiting for this and so far, they failed to deliver the 12th and then the 13th and 14th and shipper wants a signature on delivery. I had trouble getting someone to be here while I'm at work to receive package. Yet this ignorant shipper insists on a signature when I live RURAL..Fedex would not let me change delivery to no signature either. I'm wondering if I'll get this before our next snow or even Spring. When I first noticed this I found out Walmart dropped the price by $120 now I'm ticked off. I will never buy from this shipper again. I should have been credited.

Worst vendor experience ever. The batteries were shipped four days after the snow blower arrived (after two chat bot exchanges) adding another six days, total 19 days, to be delivered. The vendor wrote that separate delivery is SOP; however, a neighbor who'd made the same order received it in one shipment and didn't have to wait around to sign for it.

When I bought this it said it came with 2 batteries and charger, it didn't say batteries ship separately. The machine was one day late and the batteries are going on 3 days late. Maybe walmart should use UPS instead of the never on time fed ex. If I ever get the batteries I will try the snow blower and update review.

The machine itself is a good unit. I would give it 4 stars. The blower hood could be a little more asjustable, however. WHAT GETS 1 STAR IS WALMART. Somehow, I got 2 units, so i went to take one of them back at the local Walmaet. WALMART AI REFUSED TO GIVE ME A REFUND OR RETURN. Message from Walmart AI was the unit was OVERWEIGHT AND THEREFORE UNRETURNABLE, even though the box was heavily damaged. Walmart needs to alert the customer BEFORE THE BUY, that the product is non returnable..
