Awsome Trimmer. I never knew how good a string trimmer could be. This trimmer is strong it does not bog down in heavy grass and is light and well balanced enough to do a large property without any trouble. I am so happy with my purchase. A quality product.

I am really amazed by this weed trimmer, it has power, well balanced and starts on thre second pull. i was a bit skeptical on this smaoll engine being 4 stroke but its powerful enough to deal with my two acres and fence line..

After placing the order I canceled it because I chose the wrong Senix Weed Trimmer CC Model. Senix Tools canceled my order as requested and authorized the refund right away. Thank you Senix, keep up the good work!

I rated ease of use and assembly four stars only because the interconnection between the two shafts in the middle of the unit was a little weak and flimsy, and needs a bit of solid improvement. However, please don't let this stop you from your purchase. I was very impressed with the strong metals used the overall construction of the unit is excellently engineered. I am most happy with feeling the power of this machine while in use, and would have no qualms listing it as my number one, go-to trimmer.

Generally for the money out of the box, the trimmer works good. My last trimmer lasted over 20 years but I am not so sure if this will last 5 years but we'll see. The trimmer has some plastic that seems weak and may easily break but again time will tell. The plus side is the trimmer has a good amount of throttle speed. The negative is when filling the gas tank. The angle and size of opening makes it susceptible to spilling some gas when filling unless very careful. The other negative is the engine housing gets very hot and does not provide very much protection to the user especially if wearing a short sleeve shirt so need to be careful not to touch engine housing with back of arm when using. I've used trimmer a few times and overall so far seems to be a reasonable value for the money.

Has small gas tank, pull rope should/could be a few inches longer, plenty of power and 4 stroke is nice(no more mixing of gas) might need to tune up the carb a little. For the money (when it was on sale) was worth the risk to buy it.

The weed trimmer starts and runs good. But when I need power this trimmer does not make the needed power. The fuel economy was better than I expected. When I trim my lawn, this trimmer throws the cut glass all over me. I would not recommend this trimmer to my friends.

Lighter in weight than other 4-cycle models. Fuel tank too small, requiring refill about 15 minutes later. Refilling oil chamber cumbersome due to short filling spout. Two-part shaft difficult to connect together trying to do it as per instructions and illustrations. Otherwise a fairly good buy. An attractive machine.

The product is defective %26 customer service is horrible. I still haven't received my refund after 6 months of dealing with incompetent employees at Senix. I bought this weedeater and it wouldn't work. Walmart told me to contact Senix. I contacted Senix and they made me send them photos and a video of the product not working. They said they would send me a replacement but guess what? The replacement they sent me had the same issue. At this point, I don't want another replacement so I told them I wanted a refund instead. I shipped the item back to Senix (they confirmed they received it) and told me my refund was processed. However, everytime I send an email to Andy who works at Senix, about not receiving my refund, he makes an excuse and says they'll look into it or he blames Walmart and tells me to contact them. Both Walmart %26 Senix have made me contact each company instead of them communicating directly to each other. They keep saying the other company is responsible for the refund which leaves the customer with no product and no refund. Customer service has been terrible from both companies. Avoid this product (all of the negative reviews were correct) and avoid buying any products from Senix. The item I bought was poor quality and Senix won't help the customer.

I don't even use it brock when I try it, don't waste your money. I went to Walmart for return it I spent more than 30 minutes waiting on them to print a shipping label, after they told me they don't paper to print it. Zero for customer service at Walmart.
