Although this item works well, it is very heavy to use. The unlock button is small and located in a bad location, it is difficult to maintain a grip on it while moving the trimmer around. the trigger is fine and works, it cuts well up to 1/2 inch.

Battery charger unit did not work as instructed. I contacted company via Walmart. The company asked for a video showing the problem. Full replacement of battery and charger was shipped as covered under warranty. Very satisfied.

Great trimmer for the $' s spent . Super battery life, the shaft extends nice distance and cutting blades nice length. Over all I have zero complaints, just all positives for the Senix cordless pole trimmer.

Pleasantly surprised how well this works. Had the power, reach, angle and ability to handle some thicker branches with ease.

Nice hedgers trims my tree nicely.

Its a solid performer for medium to large yard work. The adjustable head and telescoping shaft make it easy to use and reach long bushes without needing a ladder. The 18-inch cutting blade is good for handling thick branches. It's lightweight enough for longer trimming sessions, and the cordless design gives great flexibility around the yard. The pole cant be used with other attachments.

It's very heavy. Power switch problem. Must press to start 5 or 6 times to get it to start. Battery will not charge now.

Entirely too heavy and switch to turn on is awkward. i love my regular senix hedge cutter but this has no power and is way too heavy.

I have pictures the box was totally destroyed. I haven't tried to use it yet but I'm not confident. I expect better than this from Walmart Plus for which I am a usual customer.

I never received this product. I had to cancel with Walmart after nothing showing up for 3 weeks.
