Works great!!!

sandra December 31, 2025

Very long driveway and we got several inches of snow for New Year's. I was able to snow blow my whole driveway plus my sidewalk and it only took the battery down to two bars. I am a 60F and the blower is very lightweight I am able to operate it very easily as it's not any heavier than a vacuum. It has an automatic button to adjust the direction of the blower plus the light on the front and it's very very easy to start and put the batteries in. Best purchase ever for someone's trying to stay independent in their home <3. It has plenty of power- The electric shovel I bought last year burned up, trying to move much less snow. How's the batteries with the slider on top., similar to my wen tools.

This is a light weight solid snow blower. Plenty of power with auto postioning of the blow spout. I ordered 2 extra 80v batteries for my long and forked driveway. I'm very happy with it. A headlight bar that I'll be using after dark with more battey power.

Great!

Cat January 8, 2026

Very lightweight and easy to use, also a lot easier on your back than traditional shoveling. The instructions for putting it together are straightforward and the battery takes about 2 hours for a full charge. So far it has lasted 3 separate shoveling occasions consisting of my driveway and sidewalk and it hasn't run out of charge yet. There was a shipping issue but I reached out to the company and it was rectified.

Punches Above It's Weight by Far!

Joe January 25, 2026

Bought this snow blower in preparation for the 12 inches we got in PA during this widespread storm of 2026. I got the machine on sale for $280, and what a incredible value. I faced 6-8 inches of light fluffy snow, 4 inches of snow and sleet, and about 1 inch of sleet throughout the 4 times I went out to stay on top of the accumulation. I charged and discharged the 2 5Ah batteries 4 times in one day. some tips: they will be hot after use, let them cool before charging. They take about 1 to 1.5 hours to charge, and let them rest for a few minutes off the charger before putting them back to work. That maximized their run time for me. The machine itself has everything you could want. very powerful, including cutting through 12 inches of snow drifts and plow buildup at the end of the driveway. Obviously, cutting through that will reduce run time, but when running the machine handled it well. Overall, I would say this storm was pretty extreme for a snow blower of this type and it handled it very well. I am looking forward to using it in our usual 3-4 inch snows in the future. I think it will be perfect for that! Incredible value vs other brands such a Ego. AND the best part: the 2 Senix batteries that comes with the machine can be used in all the other compatible Senix tools, which is one of the biggest reasons I went for this model. Very impressed!

Small but MIGHTY

Nancy November 29, 2025

This machine is small but mighty. We had a foot of heavy snow and it handled it like a pro. I definitely am pleased with my purchase. I just wish it had a higher throwing distance but we made it work. Very thankful for the affordability as well.

The snow thrower is actually pretty good for what it is. However, the charger only worked once. I have repeatedly tried to call and email Senix and can't reach anyone. My 1 star rating is because of the lack of customer service. We're having another blizzard tonight and I have an expensive item in my garage that I can't even use.

Don't waste your money. They gave me the run around; I had to get this shipped back, which was a total nightmare. The box arrived looking like someone had beaten it with a bat. Walmart Customer Service was more concerned with their reviews than with helping. They wanted me to open the box to retrieve the serial number so they could process it as a warranty claim. I opened the box reluctantly, noting that I was doing so at their request, because I knew that if I had gone any further with it, the liability would have been mine. It's been weeks. I spoke with four customer service representatives and finally got someone to connect me with someone who could arrange pickup with the trucking company. I received a pickup date and the name of the carrier, and I subsequently received an email from the trucking company requesting that I make arrangements for pickup today, which makes no sense. It has been a total nightmare. They need to improve their packaging; using cheap materials will not suffice for equipment like this.

Batteries not included

william February 14, 2026

Very disappointed. I needed this snow blower and paid a lot of money for it. When I got it there was no batteries in box. I sent message to Walmart and shipper responded batteries will ship later. Fedex is a joke I've been waiting for this and so far, they failed to deliver the 12th and then the 13th and 14th and shipper wants a signature on delivery. I had trouble getting someone to be here while I'm at work to receive package. Yet this ignorant shipper insists on a signature when I live RURAL..Fedex would not let me change delivery to no signature either. I'm wondering if I'll get this before our next snow or even Spring. When I first noticed this I found out Walmart dropped the price by $120 now I'm ticked off. I will never buy from this shipper again. I should have been credited.

Worst vendor experience ever

Carole February 14, 2026

Worst vendor experience ever. The batteries were shipped four days after the snow blower arrived (after two chat bot exchanges) adding another six days, total 19 days, to be delivered. The vendor wrote that separate delivery is SOP; however, a neighbor who'd made the same order received it in one shipment and didn't have to wait around to sign for it.

I would love to give this a positive review but I can't as 3 weeks later I'm still waiting for the batteries to arrive. I was given a tracking number for the blower which took 2 weeks and after inquiring about the batteries was given a separate tracking. Tracking currently shows them in California. I'm on east coast.
