Was a little hesitant to purchase this considering it was very cheap but I am so glad I did! I love it in my kitchen and was easy to install for the husband. If you are thinking of buying one, just go ahead and do it because you will not be sorry!
Very Sharp looking kitchen faucet with a black matte color. Installation instructions were included in the box. Very well packaged in an outer shipping box. Fast delivery. Would recommend to a friend.
The instructions were not very plain of where the washer goes or that the gold piece only goes one direction for the black nut to go on correctly.
This product says stainless steel but it is much more like plastic. It is not very durable. It seems very flimsy and once installed less than six months it's already damaged from just normal or less than normal every day use. I will need to replace again before one year.
I love the faucet but it didn't come with everything needed for installation. I had to spend 12.00 to get adapters for the hoses
maybe I'm dumb or ignorant but I couldn't figure out how to put it together I couldn't figure out how to get the short hose down to the bottom of my of my sink cabinet to hook up the water I just couldn't follow the directions or the instructions how you're supposed to do it and I ended up returning it because I couldn't figure out how to put it in so when it says easy install it's not
materials are overall cheap. the head sprayer part doesnt even line up. was a hassle to install considering i had no instructions and the construction was bad.
I really liked it until I realized it's leaking from its handle when hot water is closed. If it's closed on “Cold” or in a middle it's ok but “Hot” doesn't close it at all. I tried to find a phone number for help but no info on it anywhere. Very disappointed.
I noticed a noise the other night. I looked and there was a leak at the supply line so I shut the water off. I had someone come and look at it the next day and it's leaking way up in the line on the faucet not were the supply line connect. The lines on the faucet are all rusted too. I've had it installed for about 7 months!
YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR DO NOT Buy Ended Up being a Very Poorly made Knockoff. Leak is an understatement After major difficulties installing when finally installed the tube cover near the sprayer head tore almost immediately, then few hours later the sprayer tribe it self split, open water gushing and spraying all over the place.. Don't buy Specially If you're buying from not just from this “person” and/or “business “ upon opening I had already noticed something odd major difficulty installing,
