Amazing sound and very comfortable. These are the best wireless earbuds I've ever used! I've been using Sennheiser earbuds (wired %26 wireless) for the past 6 or 7 years—I've always been impressed with their long-term comfort and impressive audio performance. I've never had a pair fail on me. Highly recommended!

I don't like things in my ear , so I usually wear headphones, but I decided that I'd give Sennheiser CX True wireless buds a go. The buds arrive in a small case with different types of fittings to make the buds fit comfortably in my ears.which they did.After getting used to the buds in the ear it was time for a sound test. With the name of Sennheiser on the , no need to worry! Excellent sound , comfortable fit and all controlled via the app. Yes I am happy with my purchase although I am still getting used to having the buds in my ears. Money well spent on a well made product. I would definitely purchase another pair..

These have great sound and are a great value but it's hard to figure out the fit. With the standard size ear tips it felt too loose and it was hard to tell how they were supposed to fit in my ear. like they would fit one way and then you could rotate them a little and they'd fit another way. It takes a while to get a feel for it.

The Sennheiser sound quality in an earbud, that's something I was looking for as I mostly use it for music. Good app for the phone, it would be great to have the same feature (equalizer) for other devices as there are no finer controls when paired with a PC for instance, just sound level. One star less for incomplete pairing, sometimes the sound comes from only one of the earbud at the start, must be turned on and off to get back the stereo sound. Overall very satisfied for the sound quality versus price.

Like the title said, I can say that I am satisfied, considering the pretty good build quality and stable functionality of the product. They are pretty comfortable to wear, also for long periods of time. Battery is pretty much “eternal” - never charged them since almost two weeks but also didn't use them very intensively. When it comes to sound, though… well, unfortunately I can only describe it as boomy and very soft/dead - overall cheap “hifi” sound. There is a big gap where the mids should be, so “right off the bat” they lack a lot in linearity; also the mids (or what‘s left of them) have no body - they are completely dead. You barely hear any „attack“, all you hear is an amalgam of „sustain“/„decay“ mainly on the low end. Lows are very boosted and “rubbery”. Boosted are also the highs that lack in presence and resolution and could be described as metallic and aggressive. Transparency is also another big absence here. Everything sings only between the ears, in the center of the head. There is very little - close to no scene representation at all… I am truly disappointed, considering that I was always impressed by Sennheiser in every way - even by the lower end products. These don't sound like Sennheiser at all…

I bought a set of the CX True wireless headphones. The sound quality was good but they would only hold charge for 5 minutes. I returned them and received a full refund. As the headphones were on special - and my husband had a pair he was very happy with - I bought a second pair. this pair held their charge, or at least the left headphone did. The right headphone refused to charge at all and never got above zero %. This pair was also returned and I am awaiting processing of the refund. I won't be buying a third pair.

Purchased these headphones, they have a two year warranty and worked fine within that 2 year timeframe. A month afterward the warranty ended, one ear bud started to disconnect, only charged every now and again and it has been getting worse and worse. I tried to contact Sennheiser for help, aware it was out of warranty but wanting help because as a consumer I was feeling pretty hard done by because it is a reasonably expensive product that didn't last long. They responded with the following and offered no help - Thank you for contacting us. Sennheiser Hearing offer a two year global warranty from the date of purchase. Unfortunately you are no longer covered under warranty. We recommend purchasing a new product. Should you need any further information do not hesitate to contact us. ----- I personally think that's pretty poor, especially since they recommend buying a new product - what happens when the next one does the same thing so soon after the 2 year warranty period and broken?

Initially the related program did not show the tone control setup and numerous complaints showed that this was a general fault, which Sennheizer denied. The company which wrote the program for Sennheizer said they had loaded it incorrectly and put a patch on the internet which worked. At 2.5 years, however, the right headphone has stopped working and there is a plethora of complaints on the internet re the same fault. The last time I buy this brand.

Never got this product to work properly. Only one earbud lights up; it can pair with the phone but the other is dead. Tried all the reset options I could find, nothing helped. Called local support number, got a case raised at European call centre with a promised response in 2 business days. Heard nothing after 4 business days.
