Got a great deal in the sales and I'm so happy. Love Sennheiser anyway but haven't had a set for years after my dog chewed the last set. These are so good. Great sound easy to use, connecting to multiple devices, I didn't know what I was missing. Looking forward to using these on my next flights too as they connect wirelessly to my devices or with cable to the plane connections, best of both worlds. Love them already.

Love them, the sounds it fantastic, comfortable (little to no sweat build up, little to no pressure sensation, & the ear pads & headband have great cushion), & the lack of buttons is welcomed. Great purchase as a standalone headphone. However, as someone who tends to wear headphones around their neck or just slightly off their ears, the no-button touch control are deactivated which is a massive pain; would be great in a future line if there was a way to deactivate the sensor that checks to see if the headphones were properly on or not or activate letting the no-button touch control work regardless whether or not the headphones are on properly.

The best sound for your money. Only gripe us they're not UP rated so you can't sweat in them or be caught in the rain. They're very comfortable and the battery literally never runs out. Should be 5star without the sweat/ water issue. It's the best in class as I also have the Sony SM5 and Bowers and Wilkins and have had the BoseQC.

The comfort is very good also the sound and the battery life is fantastic, but the Smart Control App on iOS is not so good. When you turn on the headset and it is connected, it does not show as connected in the app but after closing and opening the app several times and waiting. Furthermore, the app does not respond directly to settings and when running the app, some anc on the headphones can not be changed. As already mentioned, the sound quality is good. When used as a headset, you have to make a few compromises. The speech quality is very good, but the filtering of background noise (e.g. traffic) is not filtered out very well for the other person.

I am blind and I got them to use at work - the only problem is that when I take them off my head the laptop keeps speaking out loud so I have to quickly turn them off. Also I haven't charged them yet and I am not sure how I am going to do that. But overall apart from that - the sound is great and the fact that I can turn them from noise cancelling to letting noise in is great :) I thought I could wear them to work as well but the case is a bit big to carry in my laptop bag so I think I will just be leaving them at work. Overall I love the feel of them and the sound is exceptional!!!

The product looks way cooler than how it behaves, the battery overall it's excellent, but the continuous hiccups with the connection is annoying, you are listening to a song then the quality of sound drops then after 5 to 10 seconds it's back again to good quality, I don't know but I think you've to do something about that.

does the job slips off at the gym the noise canelling feautre does not work the ear touch is either not sensitive enough of too sensitive so the phones switch off when touched or do not respond when tapped

These are great headphones. The noise cancellation is amazing, best in class. But there is one minor problem that turns out to be a major headache… the Bluetooth connection is garbage. It has the worst connectivity of any wireless headset. So for watching movies on a plane with a wired connection. Perfect. Watching TV or listening to your iPhone with a wireless connection. Absolutely garbage. It may work for a while, but at some point the firmware fails and so does wireless connection. For the money spent on purchasing these headphones it's very disappointing.

Extremely underwhelming piece of tech in terms of build quality/UI. I bought these summer of last year for full price and have only just broken due to water damage. Now I am honestly thrilled to be able to replace these. Firstly, the ear cuffs don't bend which is not mentioned anywhere - makes transporting them a nightmare. The top of the headband started lifting in the first few months, guessing the glue just gave up. Probably the worst touch controls I've come across, sometimes working, mostly not. Very unreliable so I just turned them off after a while. Didn't make it better that the app was almost unusable and wouldn't remember previous settings. ANC was ok, sometimes you can hear loud thuds while playing music which was strange. The wind option and the adaptive NC was useless, you could hear it changing every few seconds when it was on. The battery was great at the beginning and was lasting me a week or more, however, with updates or age (less than a year) it's started to last me 3 days max. I have tried factory resetting with no luck.Theon head detection was also useless, even I was enjoying the sound, very balanced and everything sounded like it should. The vocals maybe not as clear and volume very low. Doesn't justify the price. The on hedetection was also useless, even Overall, many better options on the market that value user experience - it does make sense that they're now half price. Unsure if I got a faulty batch as most of my problems started a few months in. Even then, a reputable brand shouldn't allow for this poor design and build quality. Totally unacceptable.
