I absolutely adore these Sennheiser. I've already had all the generations, and I think this generation is perfect. Unfortunately, but all my previous tw1 and tw2 are dead on one earphone, however, I just can't buy anything else because the sound is perfect, the software is almost perfect, and the case, oh my God, this fabric case, I just can't tear myself away from it. I heard that tw4 is coming out soon, I will be one of the first to pre-order.

The earbuds themselves are the best. I have had them before. Outstanding sound. Way superior than any other earbuds out there. the problem with this particular set was the Left earbud was not working/charging. Wish they could test before selling.

My favorite headphones, for me they are the best I have ever had. I prefer this model to the large Momentum 4. Because for me they have a better sound, you can also turn off ANC, which is impossible in Momentum 4. Personally, I never use this function because it is not I don't need it for anything and it generates a sound that I can't stand. For me, MTW3 have a beautiful, spacious, dynamic and clean sound. I had dozens of headphones from different companies, wired, wireless, large and small. None of them sounded like these. Finally, after dozens of years, I found what I was really looking for. I also had MTW 2's but they don't sound as good as these, although they are really good. The only problem I had with them was that the mesh securing the channel to the inside of the handset got dirty. But this is normal because there is moisture inside the ears. It wasn't wax because I care about my ears being clean, maybe even too much. The next problem is that the contacts on the headphones get dirty, but this is not a major problem for me. All you need to do is wash them with alcohol from time to time, the only thing that should be changed to be fully aware that this is happening is to add charging controls to each earphone. It's not like it is now where there is one control for everything and you don't really know whether both headphones are charging or just one. There is also only one in Technics, but when there is no good contact on the contacts, the light flashes quickly. All Technics models are out of the game because they do not sound as good and natural as MTW3. An additional problem I have with two pairs from the beginning of production is that the headphones automatically discharge the charging case. Because they don't go to sleep or there is some other problem in the electronics. After disconnecting the battery from the handset, the battery itself does not lose charge.The remaining 7 pairs I have do not have this problem, they can be left unused for months. In the case of defective ones, I must remember not to leave them without charging for several months, even though they will be charged to 100% together with the charging case. If I forget about them, I will have to play a game of disassembling them and raise the voltage above 3v. Because when the voltage drops below 3v, the charging case does not recognize the headphones even though the indicator shows that the charging process is in progress. Yes, it only lasts forever and without results. After increasing the voltage to 3v, everything returns to normal and the headphones work again as before. This is definitely a problem, but it is not as important for me because I use them very often. And the sound quality compensates for all these imperfections.

As with many reviewers, I sadly have to add that mine failed after 11 months of light use. The charging stopped on both earbuds. Returned using the warranty service and two months later, still waiting for a replacement or repaired buds to be sent back to me

Sound quality was good, could be a small issue with wind noise in gusty conditions. My big issue is that they stopped working after 1 year. I took good care of them as well, only really used them when i was on the train / walking to work.

The earphones sometimes don't charge in the case the earphones themselves randomly cut out and the sensors are so sensitive anything brushing against them changes all your settings. Just get airpods

I purchased this product 7 months ago and it worked greatly for around 5 months, out of nowhere the left earbud started producing an extremely loud high pitched sound that causes me to have to take out the earbud so it doesnt damage my hearing. And now the right earbud doesnt even work no matter what I try to do and the left earbud has the same sound problem except its way more ofter. Extremely disappointed coming from a supposedly high quality product. Do not recommend.

I bought this item in September 2023, by October it was showing issue with the charging of both earbuds. May 2024, the left ear bud stopped working and not even charging. June 2024 the right ear but is blinking red and green, not being able to connect to anything. I have had many Sennheiser products in my life. Never again!

I bought it about half a year ago, the noise cancelling function is not as goos as I expect, especially when there is a sudden and loud noise. What's worse is the left earbud doesn't nork at all now. It's unbelievable that this expensive product has such a poor quality.

First pair failed after a couple of months , second pair took a long time to get a replacement from Germany . After 1 year this new pair has also failed - won't charge the earbuds . Contact company and they say out of warranty . Waste of time and money .
