This gets the job done. However, it only works for me if you take it before bed. They taste fine. I tried three and it didn't really work well, so I take four, which is the max to take at one time. It does its job the next morning, less than 12 hours. No bad stomach aches or diarrhea all day. If I'm gonna take these, I do make sure that I'm going to be near a bathroom because there is some urgency the next morning, but that my desired effect so no complaints.

Fast relief without any heavy cramps. Dulcolax chews say “no cramps” but it's not true in my case. Mira-fast is too close to miralax and will give you watery “symptoms” lol. Definitely go with these, they're a bit more but they are natural, they work within minutes every day for me, and they havent messed up my normal bathroom habits. They get you back on track without having to do a nasty colon cleanse! They taste a bit like licorice but if you like black licorice then it'll be like candy for you. These were recommended to me after surgery and I have continued using on occasion when necessary. They are a gentle laxative, no worry about an explosive get-to-the-bathroom-yesterday feeling. Normally, I don't like "gummies", but these Senekot Mixed Berry Gummies have good texture and a mild taste.

The only product that works for me. I have always had issues with constipation. I can drink water all day, and I do, but nothing helps. The doctors say more fiber, I say it doesn't work. Fiber constipates me even more. This product and fruit. I just had a colostomy reversal and can't get constipated, I don't need another perforation. Constipation causes pain where the reconnection is at the sigmoid. This product works well for me. Directions say up to 4 gummies a day, I use 3. One in the morning, one after lunch and one at bedtime. No pain. Other products cause pain, not this product. Will be buying again!

I like the tasty so much that I could eat them like candy. They work very well and are very effective. If you're having issues, I would definitely try this.

Gentle laxative takes 24 to 48 hours to work but give good results while easy to chew. Flavor is good, and it's easy to take with no drowsiness. Great for both adults and children!

I bought this during wrestling season when i was “constipated” i took 4 the night before and you have to drink water for this will work so basically it works but you have to take four and wait 6-8 hours another thing it super dehydrates you and theres only 60 in a bottle so if your always “constipated” and need to get the weight out they dont last that long.

I think what I like most about this product is how easy it is on my body. It's Gentle on my stomach and back, unlike other similar products. Really, this product Really Works Well. !.!.!

I DIDNT LIKE THE TASTE AND AFTER TAKING THEM ONLY HAD BAD STOMACH CRAMPS AND IT NEVER REALLY WORK AS IT ADVERTISTED. WOULD LIKE TO GET A REFUND FOR SURE.
