This was so easy. I unboxed it and peeled the backing off the insert and placed it in the holder. That’s it! I didn’t have to worry about plugging it in which was awesome! It sits on the tv stand in the living room next to the dog beds. It definitely has been helping the dogs relax in the evenings and at night. I will be buying the refill monthly.

We use this in the car,our puppy hasn’t thrown up on a drive since we hung it up in the backseat. It seems to make him less anxious.

I used it for one month getting ready to order another one. I have not noticed any difference in the pets.

Product is highly expensive but easy to use just slip into place. It has no smell at least to humans and don't think it does to dogs. It doesn't curtail barking or anything it claims to, at least not with my dogs. I wanted to give it a try and had it worked I would have got another in the 30 day window as it states but it doesn't work for my home. Maybe it would work for someone else's dogs. Worst you will lose is the high price of the item paid.

Didn't make a difference with my shy, nervous, and unsocialized rescue dachshund. I recycled the plastic in my recycle trashcan. I wish so much that it would have helped but I noticed no difference at all in her behavior.

I really did not not notice any change in behavior to make my dog more calm or comfortable.
