Great size and plenty of space. Like the easy to turn combination dial.

An excellent purchase for me. I did not want an electronic combination nor electronic and key pad. The standard combination works fine. This unit is much lighter than my old one of the same size. Having it delivered to my home was so much easier. The unpacking was the hardest part...great job of protective packing.

The safe fits a binder for my will etc to the T. The combo is easy to use once you remember how to do combinations. I hadn't done one for years. It's just what I needed at a very competitive price.

The dial is not smooth when turning. Overall nice and heavy.

Fits all my important documents with room to spare. I purchased this model mainly for fire protection; I wish I never have to comment on its performance! I'm a little sceptic with the plastic knob & handle; how do you operate the unit once the controls are melted?

I bought a open box safe, which was a gamble. The store told me that the papers was inside the safe so I had to trust that. It was. However I had to pay to get the code emailed to me. bummer!! On the bright side of things the customer service guy was very nice and helpful. He was able to waive the fee for getting codes over the phone. Thank you. I had tried to get the codes online however something was wrong with the system. So as a FYI always use the website it saves you $5 -$10. And for combinations they are emailed immediately. Far as the safe goes its serving its purpose. It is heavy, but small so two man carry is not a viable option. The only downside to the safe is putting in the combination. It is tedious and frustrating. However once you learn your good to go. Just remember start at 0 spin and stop a 0 three times then go to your first number. Stop on it 3 times. Then the second number twice. The 3rd and final number once. Again a good safe but great customer service.

This safe is priced well below many that I've researched. I don't have many valuables so I don't need a high security safe so this is just what I want. It has a plastic handle which makes it feel a little cheap. But again, the comparable safes of this size are much more expensive. So if you are looking for metal handles look in a higher price range. I'm very satisfied with my purchase.

Finally after the third shipment, I got a safe that has a complete dial and only has a small dent. I was hoping it would be the color in the picture (ivory) and not the dark gray that it really is. It is also larger than specified (17” Wide not 16.3”). I'm glad I hadn't completed the enclosure!

This safe bolted to the floor. I thought that would be standard feature. I like the combination lock, don't trust the battery... Not being able to bolt safe to the floor is useless, two strong backs could walk this bad boy out the door. I will be returning it.
