I've seen a lot of mixed reviews about sentrysafe. Some good. Some bad. This safe is a bit smaller than I thought but it does the trick for a first ever safe for me. Certainly big enough to store cash and some valuables. I recently picked up a used sentrysafe that's a bit bigger because I like this one so much. So now I have two. Didn't utilize the floor mounts as I want to keep the waterproofing intact. The only concerning part is having to open the safe every couple months to air it out so it doesn't mold - this is something you don't typically have to do with more expensive steel fireproof and waterproof safes. I prefer the old school combo vs. Electronic. I didn't want to mess with dead batteries or battery corrosion issues over time. I wish sentrysafe would make bigger models with just a combo lock instead of electronic. Overall though both sentrysafes suit my needs and work as advertised.

My only concern is the plastic door handle. I don't know if it will last as long as the safe will. The key is not an override of the combination. The key turn is the first step, before you dial the combination.

I can't vouch for how well it will stand the test of time... my last Sentry safe started rusting out on the inside seams of the door after about 10 yrs. The safe is heavy and this new one has 3 locking pins while my previous one only had 2. The combination dial does not operate quite as smoothly as the old one but it's fine.

Not As nice build quality of older Sentry Safe

if anyone reads this at the co. level I did not read any where in the promos for this safe that comes with a mounting kit as soon as you drill a hole in the safe for the bolts it voids the floods part of warranty until you open book for the safe !!!!!!!!!!!

Why would you ask me to review your product before addressing my issue? I can't open the safe because apparently the combination was in the packing attached to the flimsy box this very heavy item was sold in and due to my own doing by way of others helping move things that packing and box can't be found. Now what? A review? Seriously? How about somebody helping me figure out how to open my safe and use it before I subject you to a review of your product. So far the support of your product doesn't even get a one star which it would have had this not been the first thing I had to do other than identify the product itself and my contact information. Help me use the safe that I paid for and I'll be happy to send a review regarding its functionality.
