I definitely did my research prior to purchasing my safe. I am very pleased with this safe; it's structurally sound, well made and all of the features mentioned in their advertising ring are spot on. I like the locking (removable) drawer which adds an additional level of security as well as organization. I have plenty of room for large document folders. The light that comes on when you open the safe can be programmed for “ longer amounts of time to remain on as well. Overall, I would definitely recommend this safe to ANYONE! I don't think anyone could not love it!

This safe is the best. It is easy to open and the light provided helps greatly. It seems to be very strong and safe for your valuables. It is very heavy as I needed some help to place it on a small pedestal in my closet. Nobody is going to walk out with it due to the weight. It opens and closes easily and has 4 locking pins. For the price you can't beat it.

Very strong material, well made and easy to setup for use. Directions were easy to follow and allowed us to quickly setup two different codes for access. The free warranties to cover the contents of the safe and to replace the safe if ever in a fire are incredible and can't be beat. I definitely recommend this safe to my family and friends.

Arrived in perfect condition was a gift for my daughter and they love it. It was the same one. We bought a few years back. I'm glad I ordered it from Walmart. The delivery box was perfect no dents no scratches. I saw a lot of comments on the Internet about disasters with the safe, this delivery was perfect.

As a person with a visual impairment, I like that the keypad is like that of a phone where it is easy to enter the 5 digit code. It is easy to change the generic code, however, I suggest for the company to put an indicator on the %235 for orientation reasons. Like the key backup. I think it could had been priced for a little less. But, for the home I think it will serve my purposes.

I found the safe to be as advertised. I had some confusion about the key which it turns out is a "secondary" lock. Meaning if you use the key to lock, you must first unlock before the entry code will work. Not a bad idea actually. The other problem I had was with the batteries. The combination worked sporadically. I was informed that I should use only the Energizer brand battery. I replaced the batteries as suggested and the safe works perfectly.

The Safe is really nice and good enough room to store several items. The only downfall in my opinion is that there is no back up key in the case the electrical keypad completely stops working, Im assuming you either have to take it to a lock smith or break it open somehow or reach out to SentrySafe and who knows how long that will take. Also I had to return the 1st one because it came with a huge dent and the second one came with a small dent , I just decided to keep the second one. but thats really inconvenient.

The plastic lock box that comes in it didn't work from the beginning, wouldn't lock or unlock . Line it was stuck , finally got it to unlock but not lock again

Good Safe - I purchased because I need a fire proof safe for documents that are in a 3 ring binder. The inside dimensions stated are not correct for all areas and there is only a small area that I can use because the door takes up some of the space. Also, please update your owners manual to clarify which batteries are required, This caused a great deal of problems for me.

This is a nice safe. But the key for the inside compartment is flimsy and I bent one when trying to unlock it the first time. I aligned the key correctly and it wouldn't go in at first, I finally get it in and then when I turned the lock the key bent. The combination works well, it has a good amount of space inside and even though it arrived damaged, it is still functional. I reached out to SentrySafe directly to inquire about the damage and they said from the photos I sent, it would still hold up in a fire or flood as stated.
