Great product at good price. Customer service is fantastic!
heats and cools well, AND is very quiet! Takes up quite a chunk of space but knew that when we ordered
Its a large unit and before purchasing did my research and found Senville to be a highly rated, energy sufficient company for mini splits. They also carry a good warranty so that was a plus. Would highly recommend purchasing this unit and do suggest having someone with an hvac license to install so your warranty is protected in case you ever need it.
Unit is great, typical consumption is 1-3kW. Sometimes the unit does not turn off from the alexa app. The app says it is off but it is not.
Well built and extremely quiet. Works extremely well. Luv my new mini split.
GREAT PRICE
A little disappointed that this unit temperature does not go below 63 degrees… I purchased this solely to keep my cabin in cold weather climate of the mountains to just keep it from freezing up when not there. My intentions were to set the temperature at 50 and just keep my cabin from freezing, but this unit does not go below 63 so I am paying a little more than I was anticipating and hoping for I do not recall in all of my research ever reading this which would've been helpful. Beside that, it seems like a pretty good unit.
The "follow me" option does not work. The unit will use 2400 watts in this function. It's supposed to turn the fan off once the set temp is hit, but it does not. The fan will run until you shut it off. They sent a new circuit board, I installed it and no change. The cables are too short for the refrigerant lines. If you want to run the wire out the bottom of any casing you may buy to conceal and protect everything that connects the head unit to the outside unit and want to use the full length of the refrigerant lines, the cables are too short. 2-3 feet too short. You can set a timer so the unit turns off at a set time and turns on at a set time, but you'll have to set this every single day. Cumbersome. The temp will go 4-5 degrees higher than what you set it for when heating. I don't know how off the temps will be when cooling yet. It does heat down into the - range. Hit a low of -6* this winter and it was still heating, though it used a good bit of power to do so. I plan to buy another mini for the main area downstairs, but I will probably try another brand.
Package was delayed called about it, finding someone that could speak good english was impossibe no one could seem to tell me anything.
