Weak
This is much weaker, on max setting, than my 4 inch portable battery fan. I'm giving 2 stars because it's a pretty design. The cord doesn't hang in the socket very well either. The base isn't very sturdy. I don't recommend.

Does not cool - Not enough air flow
This fan hardly puts out any air. It looks nice %26 is not loud - but, what is the point if there is no air flow?
