I tried for three days to take these capsules. That’s as far as I got. Capsules upset my stomach so bad I couldn’t finish the regimen. I tried opening the capsules and adding the powder to a drink, but it was so sour. I couldn’t even drink it and that was only one capsule not the 4 that is recommended.
