Serta Cloud Comfort Memory Foam Bed Pillow, Standard, 2 Pack Why delivery team did not check, the item came with no proper packaging, looks Disgusting, used, old not brand new.

The pillows are soft and breathable, the texture is sticky (don't take the white mesh off!!) they could be a little thicker but for the price I'm satisfied!

ive ordered some other ones for same price %26 are so worth it! iordered these by mistake %26 thought id try them out... but after opening them %26 looking at them... too flat! not useable.. im hoping to return %26 order the correct ones asap.

Very disappointed these pillows arrived in a Used condition- tears stains however. In order to return I had to go to another store a few miles from my home apposed to a few return stores that are just a few blocks away. Mind you without knowing that at first I had gotten a ride to return them and nope was told had to be a certain location. Without a car I ended up having to keep and throw these pillows away . Customer service no one was of help . V

the picture shoes the commercial quality pillows that look nice right? well when i got the pillow they came rolled up, obviously, i took them out and let one expand for over 45 mins and it looks nothing like the picture. its very thin, im not sure if the white sheet thing is supposed to stay on it or what but its ripped and there is holes throughout the whole pillow not just the side you lay on. as well as its hard

Both pillows were in opened plastic. I did not even pull them out of the box. Immediately saw yellow stains on them. Looks like someone may have returned them and that they were immediately sent to next the customer. Disgusting and totally unacceptable.

I bought four pillows, they came encased in white cases that had some weird white residue trailing on it that looked like snail trails. At first out of thepackage they had a strong chemical smell like a cross between bug spray and air freshener, however now a day later as Im laying in bed, yes I am in bed in the meddle of the night writing rhis review ticked off smelling a strong mold smell from new pillows.... yuck. Im allergic to mold.

These pillows were basically smelly plastic. Little blue foam pieces would break off of it and I was constantly cleaning it up off my bed and pillows. We only tried sleeping on them one night but they were too hard on the corners. They also smell bad but I understand that smell is supposed to go away after a few days. It didn't. I think the most annoying thing was definitely the “shedding” little pieces of blue plastic all over the bed.

pillow is very undersized and unsupportive. i bought based on the brand name mistakingly thinking they would be good pillows. i do not recommend them.

There are not what they appear to be in the photo or the description. They are very thin and are covered by a weird cheap mesh that smells. They came rolled up and I hoped they would expand but never turned into an acceptable pillow
