I finally spend time in my home office! And thanks to this chair, I also kick back and watch my wall mounted TV after hours. It has allowed me to spend enough time in one place that I organized my office. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Great office chair, extremely comfortable

Comfortable and functional

The chair was delivered 2 days early, however the box it came in from fedex shipping was a nightmare it looked like it went thru everything shipping box was damaged, and fedex left it out front by the gate we didn't even know it was delivered, took the items out of the box chair was damaged, i did call the # on the info sheet, they asked for original receipt and would process the part that was damaged in about 48 hours, so in about 5-7 days will get my new part for chair, the chair is comfortable, does not lean way back at all, very little. it is a nice chair . the padding in the seat is great!!

The chair itself is comfortable and good looking. The chair gave out a loud metallic clicking with most movements, presumably from a defective seat plate. I contacted the distributor True Innovations, experiencing the worst and best of customer service. First, I called. That rep dismissed my issue, saying the product is discontinued and parts are not available, and if I didn't like it, send it back to Walmart. A little while later, I found a customer service email option. That rep responded very quickly, and had a new seat plate sent out. I switched it out, and the issue was solved. Customer "service" is always a relative thing!

Chair is comfortable but a little stiff, most importantly very difficult to assemble as holes did not line up and I required assistance from 2 other people and it still took over 2 hours, not the case with a similar chair I purchased recently it took 1 person 20 minutes.

Chair appears to be a solid product. That being said, the chair was received without any arms included. External packaging was defective and parts of chair appeared to have been stuffed into the box. Follow up with TRUE INNOVATIONS to obtain the arms was disappointing. Was assured initially that the arms would be forthcoming in five to seven days with appropriate FEDEX tracking numbers. Never happened. Took repeated calls to TRUE INNOVATION to received FEDEX tracking number. Here it is now some ten days later and still no arms. Am giving a couple more days for action. If none, chair will be returned directly to WALMART whose reputation is suffering because of the absence of QUALITY CONTROL in packaging and shipping. Mine is not the first complaint on this matter.

I'm not sure if I have all of the parts yet because when they dropped it off the top and bottom of the box was open and an arm to the chair was on the ground. My husband wasn't very happy. Whoever dropped it off had to have thrown it out of the van. I hope it is all there. I will let you know soon as I can try and put it together.

Not worth $250. The chair will not stay in the upright position because the latch doesn't work. So if you lean back, even slightly, it goes all the way back into reclining position. I can't use it comfortably at the computer because I can't lean back. And of course this started happening after the return window expired. $250 Rip off.

The chair has a HOLE in the back!!! What do I do with it? It says no red turns or refunds. This is a $300 chair that was delivered with a hole in it!!
