The sofa looks great and the cushions are firm but comfortable and I am glad this is from Serta. Assembly is so easy because the screws provided to attach pieces together have big plastic handles that look like faucet handles, making them easy to turn. I assembled the whole sofa by myself. The fabric is quality fabric - not thin. Great sofa for a low price!

I didn't expect too much when I bought this couch from Walmart online, but it was delivered promptly and was amazingly easy to assemble. It is made by Serta, and it is firm yet comfortable and very attractive. Exceeded my expectations by a mile!

Material covering the back does not stretch to the velcro on bottom. Once assembled, I used craft glue and tacks to hold it in place.

It's just fine for the price, a bit smaller then a full size sofa but cute and confortable. This sofa is a keeper.

Not the most comfortable couch, but for less than $350, it's budget friendly. Size 73" is really hard to find around this price range, so there weren't too many options. Easy to assemble. Sits kind of stiff, but it's more of a display couch than sitting for us.

let's just say it's like modular furniture with the cushions all vacuum sealed two of them did not puff up like they were supposed to they're still flat as pancakes

The sofa is VERY flimsy. It is completely hollow inside. Although the fabric is nice and the appearance is okay the back cushions are very lumpy and loose fiber fill. The legs are hard p lastic with nothing on the bottom and will probably scratch up my floor. I don't expect it to hold up for much more than 6-9 months. SERTA shouldn't put their name on the product

ver dissappointed with the processing of the order. It froze at "processing", and I had to make the call, no one reached out to me, nor did I receive an excuse or an apology. I had to re-order the item, and was charged twice. I again had to reach out, and I have yet to receive my refund after one month. The stitching is awful, there is overlap stitching in an area that cannot be hidden. And, because it's on the front of the cushion, there's no flipping it over, because the underside is black, and the back has a zipper. What an awful design, the foam in the seat cushion is so bulky it doesn't even line up with the seams on the cushion and looks like it doesn't belong there. The cushions on the back look like a cheap pillow was stuffed in it. The seats keep sliding in and out, and you have to constantly rearrange them. I am so dissappointed with this item. I don't think I will ever order, nor purchase any RTA furniture, again. How can I return it? I threw out the gigantic box in a dumpster. I'm calling CS in the morning. My holidays were ruined by this experience!

I have never bought such a poor excuse for a sofa, I HONESTLY can't even give it away. No support in the cushions which caused me to slip off where I pulled the muscle and three days later still in a lot of pain! now i'm stuck with a $360.couch I will never be able to repackage and send back! There are more than enough uncomfortable and complaints about the sofa there's not enough room to go into detail my advise to shoppers who are thinking about buying sofa because of the cheap price "DON'T"
