This chair is really comfortable and provides good back support that is super easy to use. I sit at a desk for at least 8 hours a day and this a great chair.

Very comfortable. I have back problems and after sitting for a while i would get up hurting from my back. Since i purchased this chair I have not been hurting from my back. I really recommend this chair.

I bought this chair so when I work from home sitting at the computer all day my tailbone would not hurt so much. With this chair it did not hurt at all - forgot I was sitting in the chair so long.

This chair lived up to it's name...SERTApedic. Serta makes great mattresses and GREAT desk chairs. This chair is comfortable and gives support in all of the right places. It is fairly easy to put together and has great features.

We've been using this chair for a couple of weeks. I'm very impressed with the quality and comfort of this chair. great support and very comfortable. It does feel a bit wide for me, but that works to my advantage with typing on the keyboard. When not typing the arms feel a comfortable relaxed fit. Great lumbar support, firm but comfortable seat. I would recommend this chair to others and I would spend the money on it again.

I love the chair it has great support for my back. I can adjust the chair anyway I feel comfortable. I love that I can adjust the arm rests to my needs. It's firm enough for back support and soft enough to feel very comfortable. I love this chair.

Needed a good support chair for my back. This one fits the bill pretty well. It forces me to sit tall and not slouch. It went together easily. I can get the back where I want it but still have not been able to work the level for tilt but I'm still trying. The seat is comfortable but I wish the arms were padded or removable. They do raise up and down with no problem, though. All in all, I am enjoying my new chair.

Very comfortable office chair. I am 5' 3" tall. This chair is a good fit both for height and lumbar. The color choice is very nice.

I received the wrong color. It was too much of a pain to return it. It's a nice chair so far. We will see how it holds up. I e been using it for about 3 weeks. So far so good.

The chair is comfortable however, I cannot figure out how to work the "perch" mechanism. That's the whole reason I chose this particular chair. I can't find any instructions on this. If I can figure it out I'll upgrade this review. I submitted a question so hoping Serta or someone who's done this can help.
