I have bought two of these chairs. Best chair out there but hard to find. Bought one from Best Buy it lasted about a year. Went looking for another to replace it because it helped with pain of sitting all day the most. Not sure if this was a second or if the shock and materials are just weaker but the shock was shot in a month, never sat as high and the parts didn't go together so well. they move and click all the time when you move in it but wont tighten.
I'm a big man. I'm 5' 10" and I weigh almost 400 lbs. Finding a comfortable chair isn't an easy task. The Serta Executive BIg and Tall chair Puresoft Office Chair is both comfortable and stylish.
Roomy, soft and very comfortable. Highly recommend this chair.
so far so good been researching chairs for months trying to find the right one on 6 foot 300lbs and ill start out by saying my bottom spider piece the wheela go into was scuffed up like chair was used nefore or something i upgraded the wheels to the $40 Amazon replacement caster wheels that are like rollerblade wheels it is super smooth after i installed the new wheels im 6 foot and at the kowest position i cant barely touch the ground so if your tall this woukd be good for you, assembly was easy besides the last 2 screws on one side they did not want to go in almost felt like they were going to strip finally just sent them homd railed them in and they went in felt like they wanted to go sideways overall chair feels well made im a big guy with big thighs the seat is well wide enough the arm rests are almost to far apart for me but i like the chair fabric or leather what ever feels good seat is comfy not to cuisiony but not to firm everything is smooth from rolling to tilting to spinning it glides this chair supports 350 im 300 i take care of my stuff so im easy on the chair but feels reslly sturdy no problems with it leaning or anythinf after months of research i got this chair i mean searching Amazon Walmart big lots office depot staples wayfair pattons home depot ollies i mean everyware searching reviews prices lol but ao far im happy with it just have to see if it holds up just make sure tighten screws like 70 percent till its all together then tighten them the rest of the way sit in it rock back and fourth and then tighten the arm screws a little more i sat in my chair and the back moved a tiny bit and tightened the screws more its the 2 last screws that moved is all because idk if the fabric got into the screw holes or what but they would screw in like 5 turns then stop and got suoer hard to turn almost felt like i was making new groves for the screws but i powered through it and they went in all fhe way room is messy because i built a custom desk im staining thata drying
This chair is made as expected. It is big and made for TALL. This chair is very comfortable. Assembling was easy just follow the instructions. If your less than 5'4" this chair is not for you. I'm 5'5" and my feet touches the ground comfortably.
My Employer bought these and they have good back support, comfortable, underfilled head rests. However I liked it enough to order one for myself. Okay now assembly when you get the 2 lower bolts on the back support it says tilt it up to insert the other 2. Instead flip it on its side (on something as not to scratch it) then put pressure on the back rest with your leg until the holes line up and insert bolt then flip over and repeat. I say this because I tried for 20 minutes trying to get the last 2 bolts in. Then I did it my way and bingo it lined up perfect first try. By the way the allen wrench is almost too short to fully torque it down. Putting this together went well until the last 2 bolt issue.
Chair looks very cushiony, but feels as if you are sitting on a board all day. I am 5'5" and at the lowest setting my feel will not touch the floor, Nice overall quality, not difficult to put together but concerning how short the screws are that hold it together. Just extremely uncomfortable. After sitting in it all day my hips, knees, back and neck are screaming in pain.
I was very excited to have found a chair that was super comfortable and reasonably priced AND claimed to be rated for up to 300 lbs user BUT just like every other chair, the hydraulics DO NOT LAST LONG! As an executive chair, it is super comfortable to sit in for extended hours, but being rated for a big and tall user, I would have expected long term use like this to have had better hydraulics. So i guess expect to only get 1-2 years worth of use before the hydraulics will start to fail and the chair will not adjust for height any longer.
I received the chair today after waiting a month for the manufacturer to send it. Both arms and the inserts for the arms are missing and to backorder would be another 12 months or more!!!! So now I have to take it to the nearest Walmart, lugging a big heavy box, which is why I ordered it to be delivered to my house in the first place. VERY DISPLEASED AND DISGUSTED ..........
I have severe back problems to match my severely large buns, so I did MAJOR research while looking for a chair that would offer both back support and support for my weight. I FINALLY went with this one because it said it could support up to 400 to 450 lbs. Now, I'm not that heavy, but I figured the more weight it supports the better. So, it arrives today and the box says it only supports to 350. I come on here, and it says to 250 . So...which is it??? I am not taking a chance on a chair with no idea of the weight support on it, particularly since it was 180 bucks! The web site people need to get their acts together!
