Serta Heavy-Duty Bonded Leather Commercial Office Chair with Memory Foam, 350 lb capacity, Black

I love this chair so much, this is my second purchase. I purchased this chair elsewhere 6 years ago and after much abuse and use it finally started giving out on me, but without question I searched for this exact chair and Walmart had the best ship time and price. I love the comfort of this chair since I work many 12 hour days it is very important in my daily life.

This is a very comfortable desk chair. I had one previously that lasted me over 5 years and I only got rid of it when the leather covering wore away to the point where I was pretty much sitting on duct tape. In putting this chair together it feels sturdy andmore substantial than the chair I had between the previous Sets chair and this one. I would definitely recommend this chair to anyone looking for a comfortable desk chair that they're going to be sitting in for hours at a time.

This is the fourth of these chairs I've purchased in 21 years. That's 7 years of daily use for the first three. None of the previous ones actually broke - the foam compressed some and the covering naturally had wear. I was especially hard on the last one with hundreds of extended work hours to meet deadlines. The size, quality, features and comfort has been excellent. With so many other options to choose from, I played it safe and went with this known winner. The minor improvements to this latest iteration made it even better. I am a 220 lb, 6'1' male and it is super roomy and comfortable. Highly recommended!

this chair is fantabulous, what a great chair. i bought one 11 years ago. and had to get the new and upgraded model. an absolute must for me outstanding value and comfort. highly recommended, absolutely comfortable. Sert knocked rhis one outa the park. what a gem.

I bought this chair to replace the one I had for five years. This is the third chair that I bought to replace it and I'm happy to say this one is working out great. My old chair was also a Serta but the model was unfortunately discontinued so I had great hope with another Serta working out well. This chair doesn't have cheap plastic parts for the base and arms which is great since my husband is 6'5 220lbs. The leather isn't showing signs of wear/tear and it's comfortable to sit in with good support. My only complaint is it doesn't have a “recline” option like the old chair. This chair does lean back some don't get me wrong but the old one had a lock in feature once you leaned back that held it in that position. This chair you have to physically keep pressure back to have the chair lean back which is fine it just took some getting use to. I personally am to short at 5'1 to use this feature as my feet don't touch the ground firmly enough to keep the pressure needed for it but that's not a deal breaker for us as I rarely use the chair. Overall it's a nice chair, with easy to read instructions, it was easy to assemble and didn't take very long at all.

It's a very comfy chair. I have bought 3 of them now. But I have it a lower quality rating because the chair is not perfect. It lowers down on its own sometimes. But great other than that.

Fantastic chair! Get this one. It is a very dense foam, extremely comfortable and heavy padding all over the seat and back. The difference is very noticeable. I tried several office chairs around the price point and this one far exceeds the quality in terms of the cushions and build quality. Excellent job.

I bought one of these years ago and then the faux leather pulled off it. Years later I buy it again cause for the price I can't find better, and it also has been surviving my granddaughter pulling and jumping on it for awhile now so worth it

I think it's a good chair, but not the quality you would expect from Serta, I think you can get an off brand of equal quality for much less. You are paying for the brand name! I thought I was getting a really good chair at a low price, that is not the case. It's not a bad chair, it's just not a really great chair!!!

The chair isn't too bad, only time will tell if it holds up. It's reasonably sized but can tell it's fake cheap leather. The reason for the low rating has little to do with the product and more so with Walmarts shipping. It's terrible, the box was completely torn apart and the chair was damaged because of it. This isn't the first item I've received from them damaged but don't wanna go through the hassle of returning just to receive another one in the same condition.
