The Serta RTA Pallisades sofa is a very nicely styled, smaller scale sofa which are difficult to find. I was amazed at the very secure and clever packaging. The Fed Ex man couldn't believe that the box contained a 72" sofa, neither could I. The sofa goes together easily and is very comfortable. As stated in the in the paperwork, the cushions do take about 3 days to fully expand, so patience is required. It's a great value for those starting out on a tight budget.

WOW, Came within 5 days, Yes, it was so easy to put together, Love the style and fits perfect where I have it, The Seats are firm so will have to break them in, lol, Love the Price of under $400. So very happy with this design and the quality of the couch, would recommend to anyone looking for something of this style and size.

I was very hesitant about purchasing this sofa online, but I LOVE this sofa. It was easy to assemble, sturdy, and very comfortable. The color and appearance is true to the product image. Also, so far, it's been fairly good with cat hair. Our cat occasionally sneaks on it and the cat's hair has easily brushed off of the fabric.

I had read the reviews before purchasing this sofa. When we received it, it was so easy to put together. I love the color and softness of the covers. I love the cushions that you sit on. As of now I'm not sure about the back cushions only because it makes you sit straight up. So hopefully with time it will give a little. It is smaller then I imagined. And if you have kids I would not suggest this sofa as it doesn't seem to fit with them. I still love it. It gives me so much more room and it looks so good.

Overall the item is as described and easy to assemble. The only thing that I really didn’t like are the legs. They’re 4 inch and made of plastic. It makes the sofa appear too short and they just don’t look very nice. I replaced the plastic four inch leg with wooden six inch legs. It changes the look of the sofa dramatically. Strange that two inches of leg height changes the overall look, but it does

It wasn't comfortable, and the rear cushions were lumpy. The return is going slowly.

I like the cushions are really full but the fact that you sit so far forward on them and sink in so far down it feels like you broke it in sense is just really bothersome. It will do for now with our small livingroom but I definitely think we shouldnt have fell for the previous good reviews

Very disappointed. They look like the photos I like the fabric but the loose cushions are not completely upholstered. There is black batting patches on one side making them not reversible. The pieces come together in the back with two flaps of unpadded fabric held on by Velcro. If its not against a wall they look aweful. The backs are secured by 70s lawn furniture type strips. Very impressive packaging though. They had "Serta-always comfortable" printed on the box. They are far from comfortable. They may last a year. I hope I can replace them by then. Never will by another Serta product.

This sofa is held together by Velcro and literally five pins. Every time it’s sat on, the the cushions have to be readjusted. The cushions slide forward while sitting and the back cushions slide down. It’s very soft and easy to wipe off. But is not worth the investment. I’m very disappointed with this couch and I will be making payments to pay it off. I doubt it will last a year. Do not buy this couch. But something nicer, that will last.
