Serta Perfect Sleeper Cheery Days Crib and Toddler Mattress

I love the quality and the way it's made soft and comfortable my grandbaby loves it.

It was hard to rate the mattress since my granddaughter hasn't used it yet, however, it does not look as high quality as the mattress she uses in her own home that is from another company.

Everything seems to be good but just got it so have to see how it holds up. Survey of product sent out too early

The mattress seems great, but heavier and thicker than other crib mattress because of the springs. We had a terrible shipping experience. The mattress arrived in plastic only. It was visibly wet under the plastic and had some brown wet nastiness between the plastic and the mattress. We are working on returning it and are hoping they carry the item in the store. I would definitely recommend buying at a brick and mortar location rather than online.

I should have listened to the other reviews- it arrived in a ripped clear bag. Sure enough, the mattress is also punctured and torn right where the bag is ripped. I can't even comment on the mattress beacuse it is immediately getting returned. Maybe with enough bad reviews, Walmart or Serta will stop shipping this mattress with a company that seems determined to deliver damaged packages.

Or rather, I might recommend this item, but I do NOT recommend you purchase it from Walmart. The first time around, I was sent a resin outdoor storage chest that, among other things, would rate very low on softness and design, put perhaps high on durability. The replacement Walmart sent arrived damaged; the plastic wrapper was torn and there is an approximately 2.5" rip in the mattress surface. In the meantime, I now also have to pay additional money to either have a freight carrier pick up the storage chest, which does not fit into my car to be driven to a drop point, or to eat the restock charge if I am unable to return the chest ... which I never wanted or ordered. Walmart could, just for funsies, *not* charge me for their own error, but they have not elected to take that path.

Saw reviews that this came with holes but thought surely they couldn't all come that way but sure enough there was a huge gash and multiple holes in the plastic it came in and it was not packaged well at all. Seems like either Serra or Walmart would have invested in better packaging and delivery procedures. Maybe that's why the mattress is $85 because of all the overhead cost from multiple returns and damaged goods. I don't think I will even order a replacement. Especially since most people said they got at least 2 damaged mattresses before receiving one that was usable.

I have ordered this mattress twice now and every single time it has come with a hole! We tried to buy the one they had in store but it was filthy and had rust colored something all over it. How can I re-order this and it NOT have a hole in it?! The picture attached is the most recent one I received with a hole.

Very disappointed! Don't know how this bed had such great reviews. The baby side is very hard and you can feel every spring. The toddler side is not comfortable either. It feels like hardly any padding at all. The outer layer is very loose and puffs full of air which seems dangerous and when the air eventually releases it is very bunchy and can cover a toddler/baby's nose while they sleep ( if they sleep on their stomach). I would return this to the store if it weren't for covid. I'm stuck with it now and had to invest another 40$ to make it more safe and comfortable for baby's sleep.

Has a giant divot where my baby sleeps after just a couple months, right outside of the return window of course. Should have just paid a little more for a better mattress since this isn't safe.
