Serta RTA Copenhagen Collection 78" Sofa, Multiple Colors

I gave this Sofa to my mom for mother day and was a great gift for her because her living room was kind of small and the stair to get to her apartment is even smaller. This a easy box delivery and a fast way of setting everything together. Also, this is free and fast Delivery from Cymax, a lot of other websites ask for 50 dollars of delivery. The only thing that came out different from my expectations was the wide of the sitting side, right where you sit is not wide enough. Other than that the sofa is great! My mother love it! Best gift!

Really nice material, easy to put together took hubby and I about 30 min. Looks just like picture, arrived on time couch is really comfy and thick cushioned so needs a little more breaking in since its still nice and firm, but not too firm where couch is uncomfortable. Would not recommend for taller people since back cushions are pretty low. Perfect for me since I'm petite and 5'4"".

Assembly was easy enough. My living room is very small and it is hard to find furniture that works properly. This sofa fills the bill as well or better than I expected. Hayneedle did a fine job. Their representatives are kind and very helpful. Very satisfied with the entire ordeal. Once it was assembled, you would never believe it didn't come out of the box just like it is.

It is very clever the way this comes packaged in the box. I was able to assemble this without assistance in just a few minutes. No tools required. The overall quality for the price is good, and the end result is sturdy, appealing and comfortable. I would not hesitate to order one of these again.

Easy enough to put together, I did it by myself. The couch is very very soft, comfortable but if you want something firm this is not it. I don't mind it. I will say, I've had this couch for 5 days and the back pillows have still not relaxed and are jutting out, making it weird to sit against. Hopefully over time they will relax.

It's a solid couch. Assembly really easy. Cushions are soft, but not to soft. They reformed within an hour. Problem is that it's not level. It seems to be designed that way. Very strange. The legs will NOT be level so you'll have to deal with that.

It's easy to put together, as long as you don't have a 3 year old in the way helping. And it's comfy. But being a Serta brand, I guess I was expecting more than what I got. But if you are looking to downsize or have a small living room, I would recommend this sofa to everybody. My only dislike is the back cushions do not Velcro or stay in place.

I was amazed when this sofa was delivered to my house in such a small box! Took my husband and I about 30 minutes to assemble - and I'm sure one person could set it up by themselves. The sofa is pretty springy and supportive - not plush, but it is comfortable. The fabric was a very nice soft velour, only con was that it looks a little more yellow in person.

Youd have to sit in this sofa for about 10 years before feeling like you might be pushed out of it.

I purchased this sofa while on sell but I had no idea it would be so uncomfortable. It's so hard, bulky and low I'm going to toss it because I can't get comfortable. I wouldn't pay $ 10 for this crap had I known. Save your money please
