The thread count is high a cotton polyester blend .Serta makes a really great pillow.The pillow is washable and dryable I used a soft smell dryer sheet to make my sleep even easier . There are many sizes to choose from Standard, Queen ,and King .After a week mine has no dent or slumpit holds up well to daily use.Great support levels and technology to choose from in the Sertapedic line, there are options to fit every sleep position. This is a FANTASTIC pillow! I have neck and back problems, and a consistent issue I have with pillows is that they'll get out of shape, lose their support, and/or go flat. I've been sleeping with this pillow exclusively now for two weeks, and it hasn't changed shape or gotten the tiniest bit flat. I usually use contoured memory foam pillows for my back and neck, but... this pillow has actually eliminated the need for that. Best of all, just ONE pillow is needed... no more stacking up pillows! The included image is the pillow after I have been sleeping with it for two weeks, so you can see that it's retained its shape very well!

I received the Sertapedic Firm Pillow and am loving it! I prefer a firm pillow, which I know is not for everyone, but is completely exceptional for me. My sleep has been uninterrupted and my neck has never felt better. The materials are soft and smooth. It looks easy to clean and fit perfectly in a standard size pillow case. I look forward to many restful nights ahead.

The Sertapedic Firm Pillow is the perfect pillow. It offers solid support while still providing comfort. While many pillows lose their shapes after being used, the Sertapedic Firm Pillow fluffs back up. It looks great on the bed too because of its size.

I love my pillows more firm. That way they hold up my head when I am sleeping on my side and I can use them to sit up against in bed when reading or watching TV. I really liked how firm this Sertapedic Firm Pillow was. It was firm but squishy but held up well. The look of it also is nice. I liked the green brand stamping and edging around the pillow. The pillow fit into my standard pillow case just fine but I also have the longer, wider pillow cases that worked great too. Because it is firm and extra plush it is thicker in with than my other pillows but I love it. I also like that the material on this pillow is soft and that the pillow itself is hypoallergenic. It makes it so I don't have to worry about allergies to the filler and materials when I am sleeping on it. I usually sleep on my sides so I need a pillow that will support my head, but not allow me to rest my head to high or too low, for best spinal support as well. This pillow does great. My head sinks into it a little but not enough that I am sleeping at a bad angle. It really is nice. I definitely recommend. I did get to try this for free through the Spark review program but the opinions here are based on my own experiences.

I got this for my tummy sleeping son. I have tried other pillows but they have been either too hard or too soft. This sertapedic pillow is perfect! He actually carries it around the house and snuggles with it which has never happened before. I strongly recommend this pillow! He also sleeps more soundly too!

I have an extremely hard time finding a pillow that fits me perfectly. I sleep about half the night on my back and half the night on my side. When I am on my back I need a pillow that does not hold my head up too high, and when I am on my side I need it to be thick enough that my shoulder does not fall asleep or my neck doesn't feel cricked. This pillow is close to prefect when I am on my back, but it is not that great when I roll to my side. It just will not squish up enough to be comfortable. I do not hold this against it because otherwise it really is a high-quality pillow. Its seems are nice and tight. It has an adequate amount of stuffing that sinks just enough to be comfortable. Since it does not work in both positions, I have only given it four stars. But I believe the workmanship itself deserves five. If there was the ability to give half stars, it would have been four and a half, because it is close to perfect; just not quite. I would recommend this pillow to back sleepers, but not side sleepers. Since I do not sleep on my stomach, I do not know if it works well that way or not.

This pillow is exactly what I wanted. It is firm without squashing your ear when you side sleep, and great is you sleep on your back. It is hypoallergenic and can be washed and dried easily. This is awesome as we have allergies and I can just throw the pillow in the washer every 2 weeks. I also like the pillow to use for throw pillows on my bed. They have a perfect thickness for your shams. If you are a stomach sleeper Sertapedic has options for that, also. Great price and awesome quality.

I prefer former pillows, they provide me with better sleep. This pillow is firm.but not as.firm.as I thought it would be. It keeps the shape pretty good during it's use.

Not as advertised, this pillow is NOT firm. They were delivered rolled up very tightly, I unpackaged them and let them set for several hours, I fluffed them up as the directions stated, and it did not help. There is not enough stuffing in these pillows to make them be firm. I tested it with only one of the pillows under my head on the bed and I can feel the bed on the back of my head right through the pillow, that's how thin it is. Very disappointed. I bought certain pillows twice in the past and they were much better quality. Maybe these were fake knockoffs, or they sent me the wrong pillows... I just don't know because the packaging didn't say anything about the pillows being firm, but it did say firm in the advertisement that's why I bought them. Unfortunately I cannot recommend these pillows.
