I buy this pillow and I like it very much. It is soft but also strong, so my head and neck feel good. I sleep better and no more neck pain. The pillow stay nice shape all night and is cool, not hot. Very good quality for the price. I want to buy more for my family.

extremely reasonable price point. im not sure if i would have chosen it without the discount, but im very happy with it. be aware that i am a larger person (around 6 ft) and the pillow may be slightly too thick or firm for smaller people, but it's perfect for me.

I like it but it is not firm and does not have a removable foam piece inside. I cannot find any openings on this pillow. I think it has the wrong description or something. The pillow I got is cushy/squishy. Like I said, I'm happy with it. I ordered online. You may want to go to the store to make sure it's the type you like..

It’s a beautiful pillow, but I didn’t realize how firm it was. Too firm for me. However, my neighbor across the hall was here when I was unpacking it and she loved it so she bought one of them from me. I kept the other one and use it for propping up.

This pillow is excellent quality but it is WAY to firm. I understand it says "Firm,"but I can't even fold it or get comfortable enough to even use this pillow. I wish I could return it but I did use it for 2 or 3 days trying to get use to it and I don't think you can return a used pillow. Learning experience and the reason I'm writing this review. All in all, it is my fault ordering this online when I should have gone to the store to test it before purchasing.

Bought the same pillow last year and it was firm and kept it's shape. Perfect. This year's pillow was much softer and flattened easily. Tried to return it by putting it outside for fedex pickup with a printed label and never got a confirmation they picked it up. Complained to walmart and received no reply. I will only return to store from now on. Which sort of defeats the purpose of online ordering.
