This Sertapedic pillow is so comfortable and not like any other memory foam pillow I have had. This is a memory foam cluster pillow with recycled fibers that is hypoallergenic. I have the queen/standard size in medium support. This is so soft and comfortable and I have no pain after a good night's sleep. Some memory foam pillows can be hard an bulky the leave a kink in your neck. Not this! Measures 20" by 28", has a hypoallergenic cover and has adjustable comfort. Has little individual foam pieces within that can be moved and adjusted till desired comfort is achieved. Love it!!

Very comfortable pillow! I chose medium support because I mostly sleep on my side and figured that would be the best option. It really is! Other pillows I've used in the past have had too little support or too much. If there is too much padding or it isn't flexible enough I wake up with the worst neck pain snd or headache. This seems to be the right amount. It has really supported my neck while sleeping on my side and on the rare occasion I sleep on my back. It did have a slight smell upon opening but I've found that true of most memory foam products and the smell dissipated quickly. I would most definitely recommend this pillow! No complaints!

I've been using this pillow for only 3-4 days, but so far it has been excellent. This Sertapedic pillow gives me the support and comfort I desperately needed. The description says it's for stomach and back sleepers, but I feel like it will also be great for side sleepers. I solely sleep on my left side, but recently got my left and right ear cartilage pierced so I have to sleep on my back and this pillow has been great for that! It retains its plushness and fluffs back into shape seconds after lifting my head. It truly is super comfortable throughout the night and I would highly recommend it to those needing medium support. It has made my transition from sleeping on my side to my back so much easier!

The Sertapedic memory foam cluster pillow was not as full and fluffy as I was expecting, but it is the perfect standard sized pillow for my queen bed. It's firm, but soft and my head sinks right into the pillow when I lie down on it, I'm mainly a side sleeper, so this pillow works well for me. I can tell it is very good quality material and will last for quite sometime. The only thing I would have liked to see included is a quilted outer layer and a zippered case to protect the pillow from damage/discoloration and sweat/odor, but both these can be purchased separately, so it doesn't really take away from the quality. The pillow does deflate a bit after laying on it awhile, but it does SLOWLY inflate once there is no more pressure/weight being applied. For this reason, I would suggest buying two because one isn't fluffy enough, at least not for me. I recommend this pillow to side sleepers. Buy it, your neck and shoulders will thank you for it!

If you sleep cool you will likely love this pillow. I'm a hot sleeper and this pillow really traps the heat making my head and face rather hot. It is however a wonderfully full pillow with nice support. It gives where it should but with some nice resistance so your head doesn't sink through it like some overly soft pillows. There is a bit of a plastic smell when first opened but like any memory foam product; just leave it uncovered for awhile and the smell goes away.

I started carrying a lot of stress in my neck and I had to switch to a cervical pillow. But I missed having a regular pillow, but this one is actually comfortable for me, when many others aren't. It gives me good support. It's not a true memory foam pillow so don't let that fool you, it's clusters, so it mimics more of a regular pillow but with better support. It doesn't replace my cervical pillow but it something I can switch to when I want something different.

want firm but this is more hard. once you lay on it will stay that shape. not good pillow

disgusting service! came in without the original pillow box and with hair on it. Definitely been used.
