I already have one, but I wanted to get another one before serta stops making them.

I have neck pain just recently for a few weeks now and so far all my other pillows don't seem to help and when I wake up, even though there's less pain, I can still feel the pain a little bit and the pain goes back during the day. I tried many memory foam pillows but they were somehow heavy and hard. But when I tried this pillow, I woke up refreshed and noticed the pain improved much more. I tried to switch with my other pillows and can confirm that this pillow is very good. I now have no neck pain anymore after a week of test switching with other pillows and this pillow. It's lightweight, puffy as if I was laying my head on a cloud but unlike other puffy pillows, it could hold my head so that I don't sink down as if there were no pillow.

THIS pillow! Yes, it's memory foam, NO it's not super hard. I've had memory foam pillows that were too firm, or that made me sweat, not this pillow. Excellent support, without being too firm. I'm a side sleeper and this pillow cradles my neck and supports my head. It's perfect and I'm definitely getting more.

This pillow has been perfect for me so far. It is the right amount of firmness and softness. The older I get the harder it is for me to find a pillow that will allow me to sleep through the night. Since I've been using it I haven't woken up trying to rearrange my pillow to get comfortable. I'm hoping over time it doesn't flatten out.

I love my new pillow. It really does a great job in aiding sleep. I always struggle in trying to keep cool at night. This does that. My old pillow would maintain heat and I could not get comfortable enough to stay asleep. I have had nothing but great luck getting to and staying asleep.

This pillow is well made. I'm not the biggest fan of memory foam but this pillow has been comfortable. It bounces back and hasn't gotten flat. It's the size of a typical pillow. It does have a slight smell that may just be because it is a brand new product. It's barely noticeable. I'd recommend trying this pillow especially if you are a big fan of memory foam.

The Serta name used to mean something, but these days I steer pretty far away from it. I was hoping this pillow might bring back my thoughts on Serta, but alas it did not. This pillow ships in a large box and is very lightweight (and I don't mean that in a good way). It would be great for travel, but not something I want to use every night. It is not firm (how could it be, being as thin and lightweight as it is), but contruction seems okay and the hypoallergetic is nice. It's okay for the price, but not much value for me.

disgusting service! came in without the original pillow box and with hair on it. Definitely been used.
