Sertapedic Thermagel 3" Cooling Memory Foam Mattress Topper, Full

The Serta Cooling Memory Foam Queen Mattress Topper has a 2" layer of blue, breathable ThermaGel foam that keeps you sleeping comfortably. The dimensions are 2" thick by 59" wide and 79" long. The package comes super compressed and rolled up in a little zip carrier (weighs about 15 lb total). It took less than an hour to fully expand and it does have a weird chemical smell at first (but it goes away within a few days). This is common with many mattresses that are shipped and rolled up in boxes. I have slept on this a couple of times and I'm not overheating like I normally do! Currently, it is topping a 12-year-old spring mattress and it is amazing at relieving pressure in my achy back. This is definitely an affordable way to upgrade any old mattresses - especially the ones in guest rooms. I highly recommend this product!

I am loving this Serta mattress topper! First things first, the packaging was well done. I don't have a covered porch and it was exposed to a rain/snow storm, without issue. It was compressed, so I opened it in a large space that way it could expand, which didn't take long at all. I let it set overnight, though, it was at its proposed size after just 30 minutes. My 2 inch topper was just over 2 inches and fit on top of my queen mattress perfectly. I have a 12 inch pillow top that is about 10 years old. (I need a new mattress, but that is not in the cards for me at this time, so I was eager to try this.) My typical queen sized flat sheet doesn't lift at the corners with this on top, but it does show some of the white mattress. I tested with a deep pocket fitted sheet and there isn't any mattress showing. My first night sleeping on this was heavenly! It was firmer than I thought I'd like, but to my surprise I love it! It's firm, yet plush at the same time. I have been sleeping on this for a week now. I fall asleep just moments after laying down, I'm not waking up sweating like I typically do, and my pinched nerve and hip pain have not been triggered. Plus, my kids have fun pushing their hands down on it, to watch it mold to their hand shape and bounce back. It really does confrom to your body as you rest. I didn't think a mattress topper would make such a difference. Especially at just a 2 inch thickness, but it really has.

I needed a little extra cushioning for my back. I got this and put it on the bed. It seemed really thick and plush. That night I slept like a baby and didn't toss and turn like I usually do. I woke up with way less back pain and side soreness. I know this will hold up for a long time because I trust the Serta brand and know that Serta is high quality. This cost way less then going out and buying a new mattress. I also was nice and cool all night. Sometimes my husband tends to sweat and this really helped him and he was way more comfortable at night. No throwing off the blanket all night from being hot and cold. I will definitely be buying another one off these the the guest bedroom. I will definitely recommend this Serta cooling memory foam mattress topper to others. I love it and I love Serta!

Its true 2"thick. We are using this on a 7"thick firm memory form mattress. The topper is very comfortable it does not shift around. It has no smell like other foams tend to have. Came rolled up very compacted, it inflated rather quickly i let 24 hrs pass before putting my the bed. I would recommend these topper.

The topper seems to be ok. However, it does not arrive in a manufactures packaging, it arrived in a plain cardboard box with no markings and no where identifying it as a “SERTA BRAND”. It was rolled and wrapped in shrink wrap. It appeared to be a returned item or even used. I returned the first one and called 800-Walmart to report my issue. They sent a new one. I received the re-lacement in the same type plain cardboard box with no manufactures packaging, no paper work and nothing describing it as a “SERTA”. A rolled up topper wrapped in shrink wrap.

Walmart I'm disappointed in how you are letting quality go. I ordered one it was great and wrapped air right. The second and third one look used like someone took them out didn't like them so they were returned. The last 2 came in Saran Wrap thin plastic and half the memory foam was exposed. It was partially inflated. Walmart you can do better there is no excuse for this. They work great and are great quality if you can get one that's new and properly wrapped up.See photo below this is how it came.

Be careful when ordering, they sent an off brand instead of Serta. Upon opening the box it was yellowed and looked like it had been returned and resold. Not sure if the yellowing was urine or improper storage, but gross nonetheless. I then spent 40 minutes with customer service trying to figure out a way to return it, that didn't involve a 45 minute drive or a printer. It was resolved to my satisfaction. On another note a have ordered Serta in the past with no issues and it was very comfortable.

When this arrived I opened the box to a black bag which houses the mattress pad wrapped in plastic. The parts that weren't wrapped were discolored on both ends. That didn't bother me to much considering I don't plan to resell it so I went ahead and unwrapped it. It unrolled to reveal a queen size not the king I purchased so now I have to try to cram it back into some packaging to return it. Also the corner is split for some reason.

The mattress topper itself seems super comfortable. I'm highly disappointed that I received an item that is discolored. I'm not sure if it was a previously used item but the topper I received has weird yellow stains on it and I don't really want to know what it is but it almost looked like dog urine. I was looking forward to using this but I'm super disgusted.

Buyer Beware!! There's mixed reviews on this but I took my chance. I received a product wrapped in Saran Wrap with no indication that it's a Serta. It also came with generic instructions, again Serta nowhere in sight. Including pictures:
